Fuck for forest, or FFF, is an environmental organisation founded in Norway by Leona Johansson and Tommy Hol Ellingsen, which raises money for rescuing the world's rainforests by producing pornographic material or having sex in public. In their first six months of existence the group received seed funding from the government of Norway.

The group gained notoriety when two of its members had intercourse on stage during a Quart Festival concert featuring Norwegian singer Kristopher Schau and his band, The Cumshots, after delivering a brief talk on the impact humans have on natural forests. Fleeing from the legal troubles that stemmed from the act (including a fine imposed on the group after its male member dropped his pants in a Kristiansand, Norway courtroom) the organisation moved its headquarters to Berlin, Germany.

In its first year of existence, the organisation's website netted over $100,000 for rain forest protection through the sale of paid memberships after legal costs and fines. However, Fuck for forest's unorthodox methods have made it difficult to distribute the money it makes. Both the WWF in Norway and the Netherlands have refused to accept donations from FFF. As a result, Fuck for forest is working on a project to work directly with indigenous communities in Costa Rica and the Brazilian Amazon Rainforest

along with the fuck for forest pics comes some stuff from a festival which I had not heard of before called Universo Paralello. The first pic and one I posted previously show F for F at this festival sitting cross legged in the nude. the rest below are just some others from the festival, but in general there doesn't seem to be much nudity there.

I just joined fuck for forest's website. First off, in case you didn't know for sure, it is a porn site, not a nude activist type site. The site is sort of like hippiegoddess.com with hardcore. But there is also some festival, club and other public sex thrown in. Anyway, of note to me and this forum - Members of Fuck for forest (FFF) frequently go around to hippie type festivals in Europe and do their thing - mainly set up their little eco stand, get naked, dance, fool around, and yes...fuck. They do it out in the open, in full view of festival goers. I've seen the pics to prove it. That is the most awesome thing about them and their website. THey also do it in sex clubs in Berlin and elsewhere, but that is a little different than doing it at the Boom festival, for example. Which is why, BTW, they get into so much trouble and get disinvited to all these festivals. But yeah, the site is well worth the money in my view if you like hippie, unshaven chicks which I do. There are both pics (over a thousand) and vids, with a good variety of scenarios. Make no mistake about it, though - the people in the pics in this thread are into making porn. No, they don't get paid, and my money is going to help fund eco ventures, but they are into porn like Earth Friend Jenn is into exhibitionism. The eco-activist angle in both cases is a bit hard to detect at times.

I don't understand how having sex on stage, while a metal band plays and sings "go forth and fuck . . . motherfucker", translates into "standing for" anything other than teen pregnancy and population growth, or maybe . . . maybe something to do with removing the taboo of nudity and sexuality.

I kind of had the same feeling about Earth Friend Jenn and her "peace" message, always delivered in the nude. She actually went to Coccozella's to promote her naked appearances, something no legitimate peace activist would ever do. I pointed that out to the folks there, and they got pissed at me for calling her an exhibitionist rather than a naked activist.

Couldn't someone be both a deeply committed activist, and also an exhibitionist? Most people are not just one thing, someone could have a political belief, and a sexual preference. I know I do. Any if one found that one had a strong political belief, and also liked attention for being nude, would it not make logical sense to combine them? I don't think that makes their activism less sincere, it is just activism that is shaped by the rest of their nature.

I made the point at Cocco's that if Jenn expressed her activism in ways other than by getting naked, then that would "legitimize" her commitment in my eyes. I mean, if you are truly commited to peace, you don't ALWAYS have to get naked to show it....?

Perhaps she does express her activism in other ways, and nobody pays attention? I have no idea in her case, but if she was writing letters to the editor, and politicians, lobbying people she knows to get involved, joining in public discussions, etc, then presumably that would make her activism more fully expressed. But I would not care, I tune out crazy hippy activists, unless they are female, and naked.
