Story Forum Rules & Guidelines

Welcome to the OCC story forums.

We are friendly & relaxed around here and we want to provide a supportive place where you can express yourself.
Help us out by respecting these few simple rules:
  1. Choose the right forum.
Put your stories about true, real life experiences in the Non Fiction forum.
Fantasy or "made up" stories all belong in the Fiction forum
  2. If it isn't your own story, always give credit to the original author.
  3. Do not repost other people's stories without their permission.
  4. Do not post stories where any of the main characters are under 18 years old.
  5. Do not post stories involving non-consensual sex, bestiality, watersports or in_cest.
Please post each story in a separate new thread unless you are continuing a story.

We suggest that you always choose a "Thread Prefix" to describe the content of your story. If you would like to make suggestions for us to add any new thread prefixes, please post your ideas in the Site Feedback & Support forum.

If you are making a request, please select the "Request..." thread prefix.

You may also post links to stories on other free sites. In that case, use the "Links..." prefix. Please do not post links to paysites.

Feel free to add photos to your threads if you wish. In addition, you can upload illustrated stories as .PDF files. If you want to let other people download copies of your stories, you may upload them as .TXT or .RTF files. To upload files, use the "Manage Attachments" button when you are creating your post.

If you enjoy another member's story, let them know. Use the Thanks button or write a nice reply. Positive feedback and encouragement really helps the people who are posting here. It keeps the creative juices flowing. :)

If you didn't care for a story, just move on. Do NOT leave rude or negative feedback. The OCC forums have always enjoyed the reputation of being one of the nicest and friendliest adult forums on the web. Let's keep it that way. ;)

Thanks,

i have a Q are we allowed to write about Celebs in the fiction section or not

bluebaron 01-22-2009 02:36 PM

I can't see why not, as long as you stick to the rules there should be no problem.

There are no issues with celeb names as there are no copyright problems.

KWURMX82 01-24-2009 11:25 AM

Another Q

If we have a longer story, should we give a brief description and attach a file or a zip?

It's up to you. We've added the capability to upload PDF, TXT and RTF files, so you can choose to upload your story that way, or you can post it as text in the body of the message over a series of posts.

Is the "watersports" rule a joke or are you serious?

He's serious. If it's just confusion over the term, he's referring to this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Urolagnia

You can still write stories about water polo bathing suit mishaps. :D:p

Okay I was thinking "what's wrong with water polo"?

I have two questions.

First, the general rules for the forum tell us not to use names like b*tch, wh*r* and so on to describe women. I approve of this rule absolutely regarding photos and videos that are posted but does this apply to stories? I've posted a couple stories that involve one woman stripping another. Would it be against the rules for the girl being stripped to respond by calling her antagonist a b*tch? I don't intend to flood any story with dirty names and it is not intended to disrespect women in any way. I just want to be able to write them in character. I wasn't certain if the ban applied to fictional women as well as real ones though.

My second question. The non-consensual sex rule. Is it allowable to write a story in which a woman is touched against her will? The example I have in mind is my Invisible Vinnie story in which he cops several feels from girls while he is invisible. At the time I thought nothing of it, but I considered writing other stories that might take that further. For example if I posted an ENF story in which a girl was tied up naked, in what ways and to what extent could she be touched, fondled or kissed before it breaks the rule?

I guess I do have one last question. When I posted the Invisible Vinnie story I accidentally posted it as Invsble Vinnie, missing an "I". Is it possible to fix that typo?

To answer your first question, in the context of your story using the colorful language mentioned above is okay.

As far as your second question, there is some "gray area" here. Touching, fondling, kissing may be alright in most fictional circumstances, but we don't want people to cross the line and post r-a-p-e type stories.

I'll see what I can do about your third request right now. ;)

Thanks,

I know of a couple of stories that I think would appeal to folks here. But could you clarify something about this forum's rules?

If it isn't your own story, always give credit to the original author.

AND

Do not repost other people's stories without their permission.

What I'd like to do is simply post a link to the story on asstr.org, a free site. So far, so good. Naturally, I'd give credit to the author in my post. But do I really have to go to the extra step of contacting the author for permission for the link? Seems like if he or she posted it at such a free site, he or she is hoping for the largest publication/dissemination anyway. Thanks in advance. :)

Posting a link to a story is fine (we even have the thread prefix "Links to Fictional Stories"). Copying and pasting the entire story over without the author's permission along with the link is not fine, as I understand it.

can we use photos?

I am working on a story and want to use photos in the story. I am not sure that it will work if it is not posted in mac pages.

Also in the story the girl who has to sneak home, or might have to sneak home naked is worried her 15 year old brother will catch her. That is it. He does not appear in the story she just is worried he might be home and catch her naked.

Author of stories that were stolen

I have had stories posted as other people's work, a real lame thing to do. Also I have had stories posted where the poster says it is not their story but i get no credit.

These two are just unacceptable.

Also if I post a story for free it doesn't mean any one has the right to post it and justify it by giving credit. Nor does it mean I want as many people as possible to see it. Don't assume exposing the story to a wider audience is something the author wants. They may or may not.

The only acceptable thing is to get permission or use a link. I might not want a story to appear on certain forums for reasons you might not know about.

They are my stories and I decide their fate.

You can not image how I felt when for the first time I read a story of mine that another claimed as their own. i was shocked and felt betrayed. I did this for free for the enjoyment of others and some sad lowlife steals it/ Does it make them feel good about them selves posting someone's story as their own? I publish stories for people to enjoy but they are still mine and still my property.

What if I took your car but gave you the credit for buying it.

cerindclvr 03-31-2012 03:19 PM

Alpha -- who did thus and with what stories, I'm curious if I did it on accident. I posted sibling rivalry a while back and tried to both link it and give credit... Sorry if it was me -- the story was so great I had to share it... But I definitely didn't claim i wrote em...

If you asking about i_n_c_e_s_t, the answer is no. That is not allowed.

SergeantC 12-30-2012 06:39 PM

What are your standards relating to swearing in stories?

I have a possible ENF story, with one use of the S-word. Is this acceptable, or should I change it?

shadow79 01-16-2013 04:51 PM

Can you post a picture with a theme and let other people write a story?

noname22 11-01-2013 07:09 PM

What's the definition for watersports here?
Is it the literal definition meaning stories that involves people peeing on someone else is banned or is all stories with peeing banned?

For example stories about girls peeing outside? Is that okay?

Whatever's covered here is not allowed.

Story ?

Hi New here. What about a story that is an ENF. That turns in to a Gang bang situtation. Is this aceptable?

grandpafap 03-23-2017 11:16 PM

Even though this is a old thread, nobody ever answered the above question. I've written stories like this (posted elsewhere under a different handle) in the past, (ENF progressing to group sex / gang bang) and I might have an idea or two for more, but the question was never answered. My stuff is always consentual, but these were cases where the initial touching, etc. wasn't at first.

Illustration

Moderators-

I have an illustration showing a scene from one of my stories. Can I post it the story section adjacent to the pertinent story or should it go in the "General Drawn" thread?

Thanks

Are there any restrictions on story length? Should a story be broken into separate posts after a certain number of words?

stevezr1 04-09-2018 05:14 PM

True story expaneded to fiction?

I posted a true story on OCC non-fiction section a short while back.
Can I post the original here and continue with it into the world of fiction?
Without the background and buildup the original provides, the extended fiction portion would lose its impact.

New member question

Hi: I am an animation artist producing lesbian-oriented webisodes.

I would like to post here but I get an error saying I can only add a URL after I post more.

The only thing I can share is a video url because that's what my content is. I'm not sure it's suitable for the video section because it's strictly fiction, non-nude lesbian romance/drama.

You can post links with "http://www." removed until you can post links normally.

Is it considered "watersports" if a girl pees herself during a ENF-Scenario? That would be kind of weird as there are threads on this forum with actual pictures of girls peeing.

That’s what I would like to know.
