Interesting thing is this seems to be a ploy to draw a foul...notice that the other player's hand is nowhere near the spot that would pull the swimsuit away. International players sometimes do this to get the referee's attention and make them think the other player 'fouled' them by grabbing.

Thanks for the hi-res...it's awesome. I've been trying to find hi-res shots of the olympics but have had no success to date.
