Kristen Schaal - Stripping on The Daily Show
 

Can someone please cap one of the "Daily Show" re-airs tomorrow/today/Friday, June 6th? It re-airs at 1 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM and 8 PM Eastern on Comedy Central, so take your pick.

During the second act, Kristen Schaal did a bit where she took a stand against all of the media's sexist comments about Hillary Clinton by vowing to remove one article of clothing for each soundbite. She got down to blouse and skirt (in other words, still fully clothed, but less than she was wearing at the beginning) after the first set of clips, then took her earrings off. Then Jon Stewart (eagerly) reminded her that they still had many more clips, which they played on the side of the screen, while Kristen embarrassedly took off her skirt and blouse. She ended up in a faux-Wonder Woman costume (t-shirt top with Wonder Woman costume design, large Wonder Woman bottoms/panties, bare legs). OK, so the end result wasn't that great, but the whole bit was sexy in a weird way (or maybe it was weird in a sexy way), and I never really expected to see Kristen do a bit like this, so I'd love to see a (downloadable) video of it. Here are 5 pics from it. I just used the snipping tool that comes with Windows Vista. It can snap a picture of anything on my computer screen and save it in seconds. And I added a picture of a random boob just for fun.

For those wondering what the big deal is, I love the subtle shifts of exhibitionism and embarrassment in this bit. She starts off exhibitionistic, wanting to strip to prove a point, then gets embarrassed when she finds out there are more clips than she expected. Then she gets exhibitionistic again (with embarrassment mixed in) when she continues stripping, finally ending up embarrassed, with some nice poses. It's too bad she doesn't get anywhere near naked, but I never expected Kristen Schaal to do a bit like this, since she doesn't seem the type to use her body or sexuality for comedy, though I'm glad she did. I also like Jon's prodding, which definitely adds more embarrassment to the proceedings.

A situation like this would make a great ENF story: a woman stripping to prove a point, one article of clothing for each something or other, assuming there are only a few somethings or other, then learning that there are more than she thought and being forced to continue. Any takers (or maybe stories like this exist already)? Or, hell, just turn this bit with Jon and Kristen into a story and extend it and add nudity...

Heh - I know what you mean Fango. Love the "girl out of her depth" theme which exists in lots of other places like strip poker/strip bets. So much hotter when they never considered they might actually have to go through with it...strange what different people find erotic. I actually found the scene hottest when she was still wearing the blouse. After that came off it was more funny than sexy for me.

Awesome catch. I kinda have a crush on her ever since I saw her on "Flight of the Conchordes". Something attractive about nerdy stalkers.

Some good Daily Show moments I remember were Miriam Tolen taking off her laboratory coat to her bra in front of some young guy. Can't remember why.

I remember Lauren Weedman going to some Amish place and making candles and trying to make it all sexual. She was wearing a tank top and "accidentally" got hot wax all over her cleavage.

Rachel Harris "flashing". Upon closer review, it looks like they actually photoshopped a picture of bare flesh and pixelated it. Weird. You don't even get to see her flesh tone!
