Jennifer Moss has moved on after a year in Ojai, where she often pedaled a bicycle around town in a hemp G-string and flower-shaped pasties to promote Earth-friendliness.

Moss was arrested twice in Ojai and ticketed repeatedly for obstructing traffic. "We got several calls," said Ojai Police Chief Bruce Norris.

"Police attention was part of the reason I left," Moss said last week. "But the number one reason I left Ojai is they are not conscious enough about the air, the soil and the water. Either you get it or you don't."

Ashland is perhaps best-known for being home to the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. The city's nearly 21,000 residents might see even more of Moss than Ojai's did.

Moss said she confirmed with police that Ashland's laws do not prohibit public nudity. She celebrated by stripping off all of her clothes and doing a headstand right outside the police station. (Klondike definately wants pics of this :))Then she rode her bike naked through the center of Ashland.(need I ask again....?)

"This town is known for performance art. And even though it's not the status quo to ride around naked, it's been done before," Moss said. "So it was no big deal."

Oh my, finally we have some really nice photos of Jenn. She is sexier than I thought. I wish I knew what her schedule was like up here in Portland. I can get to Waterfront Park in ten minutes, but I have no idea when she is going to be there.

(AP) Portland Police took a waterfront Lady Godiva down a notch this week. Barely. They were getting calls about a nude skater whizzing past tourists and rush-hour commuters.

But you can do that in Oregon, where occasional nude bike rides draw police only for crowd control and shows featuring live sex acts are protected as free speech.

The skater, Gennifer Moss, aka Earth Friend Gen, asked organizers for permission this summer to skate naked in the city of Ashland's Fourth of July parade. She didn't get it.

Police told her to tone it down after construction workers complained.

Moss donned a string bikini bottom for the nonce and skated on.

Police say most callers are concerned about her safety.

The incident was mentioned during "Weekend Update" on SNL tonight. They didn't mention her name, but they made pretty much the same joke about the contruction workers that I did.

No doubt! Still, construction workers complaining about a woman going by their site - that's almost the very definition of irony.

It appears Jenn also marched in a Santa Barbara Solstice Parade. Not sure what year Klondike

Klondike: Thanks for the heads up and the post; when I tried her today, though (having recognized one of the Ashland ones in another Flickr user's favorites), it said she was "no longer active on Flickr." Given all the hardcore stuff that does get posted there, what can she possibly have done wrong? At any rate, if you saved any that we haven't seen before, like a couple of those in your post, could you possibly post them too? Thanks.
