These were not taken by me, but I do not think I have come across them here. I chose them because the girls in the photos appeal to me, I hope you like them too!

OCC's naked bike threads can't hold all of the UK WNBR pics out there. There are just way too many. And in two months, the net will get deluged again with hundreds more. All you gents over in London got your calendars marked? :)

Just a note, the London WNBR will be a week later than planned, its now on Saturday 14th June and starts and finishes at Hyde Park Corner.

The organisers expect (if the weather is good) well over 2000 riders this year, the ratio is normally 3 men to 1 girl. That is still 500 naked girls (the majority are under 30), IN PUBLIC for at least 2 hours and nobody can stop you taking pictures or even HD video!!! Last year the pre-ride bodypainting and after ride party meant that some girls spent over 5 hours totally naked in the centre of London, all with the assistance of the police.

I will miss this event (but hope to catch at least 2 other smaller runs)thanks to its date change:(, it is well worth staying overnight if you live outside the capital, there has never been a better time to join the ranks of contribitors to this part of the forum, if you live in the UK.

There has never been nudity like this in a city outside of a Spencer Tunick shoot. And in fact from a spectators point of view, this may be better than a Tunick shoot because it lasts longer and anyone can mingle.

IMHO this is much better than a Tunick shoot (unless they happen to be shooting in you own street) because he tends to have streets closed to the public, when the shots are taking place.

I asked people (being polite) if I could take a photo (for the direct shots) and all but one couple said yes. In fact after 2 minutes, even that couple were posing for snappers like they had been doing it for years!

There is something very special that happens, once WNBR riders taste the atmosphere of group nudity. As a rule, just do not try and snap them whilst they are getting undressed, that is the only time they feel vulnarable.

In London they also have the greatest full nudity (for girls) of any UK ride, others tend to have fully naked men and topless women, but things are gradually improving. The UK police will now let all rides go full naked as NO complaints have ever been made about the nudity!!!

Not much in the way of feedback from you guys, but plenty of thank-you's, so here are some more shots from the UK. The second and third shots are from Southampton in 2007 (the girl with short hair blonde is a student from Norway who went to London the next day, where she was interviewed naked for TV. The last two are from London 2006.

Some really excellent photos of really cute girls. I love how happy they all look.

I would love it if someone could video the event and share with us.

Halfway down the page on the above link (if you can get past all the free nude beach videos), is a superb set of 5 videos (250 meg in all), that had been sent to coccozella. Fantastic work, you will see many of the girls in the photos here, including my favourite, the girl with wearing pink wig and angel wings.

I also have a few lower res. clips, including the interview with the girl for TV, but these 5 videos are much better.

Here a few more from my adopted city, taken last year in Granada, Spain. The ride is expected to happen this year too, but takes place in the early evening, due to the heat...

Yes, of course - Spain or UK. Either one. I can't decide. The French on the other hand haven't quite gotten into this as much. I wonder why?

Local organization and local politics seem to play a big role. Its the same way in the US.

I take it then that the Queen approves....?

WNBR seems to be a model now for "franchised" naked events. By that I mean an event that clones itself in city after city with the aid of the internet. That is how "National Topless Protest Day", set to debut in August this year, is being set up. Also some other runs and bikes.

The London ride is so big - I wonder if it is big enough to have an economic impact on local businesses. If so, maybe we are witnessing the dawn of a new age - of urban renewal through "naked in the city" events. Actually, it wouldn't be the first - the Fremont parade possibly went nude as part of an effort to revitalize the Fremont district of Seattle (rumor has it......)

I really believe this is an evolving cultural phenomena. No one did this ten - fifteen years ago. And if it makes money for someone PLUS gets exposure on the internet PLUS is just plain fun - there may be NO STOPPING IT from spreading!!

The two ladies featured in the first four of these shots (including one with a very 'happy' chap) are doctors from London hospitals.
I have a short video that they can be heard talking about there jobs to an interviewer, they joke about themselves as being 'Naked doctors on bikes, to save the world'. I would not mind being saved by the cute one with short hair, very cute bum:o IMHO.

The girl in the 2nd pic on post #30 can be seen being interviewed in a video on veoh dot com (new home to stage6 vids) if you go to that website and search on the terms 'london' and 'bike'. There's 7 videos. She's in parts 6 and 7.

It looks like this thread is dying a natural death, so here is the last lot of shots from me......

I live in Granada - how did I miss this?! What sort of date will it be this year (2008)? I'll make sure I get some snaps and post them here! :)

This year's ride (if it happens, the Policia Local were not pleased last year:p), will be in the evening on June 8th, check on the status via the official WNBR websites, the Spanish one is a bit slow to be updated, but is here....

As bike threads go here, this one has been well received. I don't perceive a lack of interest and should it die a natural death, it would only be because you stopped posting.
