As far as I can see they are working in carpet factories. But really I think your broad judgement is a little off base about total exploitation. When Thai's come to this country they are exploited. In Thailand many of the girls come from villages on their own as there is nothing to do there and they and send back a lot of money to their families. but none the less, I do not see what place your moralizing has on a web site devoted to exploiting women.

I suspect that Der Chef has never squatted ten hours a day in knee-deep mud transplanting rice in 36 degree heat. That is the alternative for the young ladies having fun in my photos. These are young successful entrepreneurs who are not forced to do what they do. In fact, they enjoy their chosen profession (the world's oldest) and would laugh at the idea that they are being oppressed. They also speak fair German which is not surprising given the great love that many Germans have for Thailand and Thai ladies.

I'll be real happy when they get color photography over there ....

Trying to tell the Thai's what they ought to think about sex, is like trying to tell the Iraqi's that they ought to have democracy. It is so naive to think we know what is best around the world.
