Before. Always the before. I hate fake tits, and it's sad that this girl went and got a terrible boob job on what were perfectly fine, natural breasts. Seriously, she turned them square. :(

I have always and will always prefer natural breasts when a woman is topless. On a rare occasion, the fake ones look better when covered with clothes.

i try not to be negative, but this is the first thread that seriously grossed me out. fake = very bad. and the process = even worse.

I've seen these on another thread here - she looked really nice before the op, but afterwards she looks more like a shemale -I can't believe that any sane woman would ever allow a man to do this to her, let alone pay good money for it. This practice should be outlawed!

Definitely better before in my book.
