A few years ago, a similar thing happen in Peru. The women were kept nude in a fountain, and that was on video, because I saw it on the television on the news. One incident that I remembered happened in Peru, like seven years ago, in some remote town, villagers acused a couple of women of being witches, and they cought them, stripped them naked, and tyed them up in the central plaza. I remember seeing the video on the news. But the women were really ugly, so I don't thik that's something worth to look for.

All I can say about peru it had to be 2003 o 2004, and I would say more winter time. What is maddenning is that there were videos, as I saw one. I was having breakfast in a bar at the time, and I couldnt believe it when I looked up at the television and saw these naked women standing in a fountain while they groaned and moaned. I remember one trying to get out, and they pushed her back in, making her get wet, and she squealed. I had to go to the toilets and masturbate. I then tried to find something on the internet, but nothing appeared. I have a spanish friend from this forum, that had it on video by accident, as he left the videorecorder going, and the news where on, including this. I will ask him again, if there is anyway of putting this in avi format, and if he still has it. I remember from the 1970 that the IRA and UDF use to use strippings with tar and feathering's as punishment for woman of a certain occupation or woman that had assist authorities. Somewhat related was a story I saw about a girl working at McDonalds who was forced to strip in a back office when a caller posing as a police accused her of stealing. The manager forced her to strip and stand there for hours while the caller made various requests. The female manager even had her fiance come and watch her while she worked. The fiance had her stand in odd positions and examined her closely. The caller even convinced him to make her do sexual things, like masturbate and bj. Another worker eventually was asked to watch her and he realized it was all a hoax. Kind of a sad story really but it was all caught on security tape.
