There is also another program that let's do it, and even gives you more converting options. Go to Download.com and look for CinemaForgeLite. It's pretty simple, and has a lot of options (you can even format them for your Ipod) :)

mediacoder. absolutely hands down a must for any videophile. also a good codec pack like i use satsuki which plays all in windows media classic. highly recommend it.

media coder converts. take an old mpeg it it will cut size in half and make it more stable in playback.

oh yea these vids half make me crap up and half make me feel bad - "here honey just for you" rofl

I tweaked the video with the blonde flashing so that the video is right side up instead of sideways and upside down if anyone is interested.
