Excellent work Klondike. You always track down the best pics. I've always been looking for pre and post Naked Mile type run pics. Where guys and girls are hanging around before or after the blurry run. There was once a pre-GGW video of the run that I had on VHS that had the students naked inside, in the hallways of the dorms, and posing for pictures infront of statues and so on. Hippy art chicks saying things like "I feel so free". I wish I had some of those pics.

Believe me, that is where the action is in any bike or run. The Fremont parade last year was a perfect example of that. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to figure out how to cover both the pre and post race not knowing which would be the best, but figuring both would be great. And it turned out just like you would expect - before the race starts is when everyone assembles so you get the best group shots. But after the race, although a lot of people disperse and leave quickly, a few linger and are very agreeable to being photographed. Thats when you often get the best individual posed pics. I hadn't thought about how the Fremont parade was like the Naked Mile in the tapes I've seen. I have those old Naked Mile Gold tapes from AMC - they sound like the ones you're talking about. With a short enough race (or ones you can shortcut), you can cover both ends as a photographer. The best Naked Mile tape I have is the one with the not so shy girls posing at the fountain at the end. Too bad I can't post any of that, stills or clips......

Phaserboss2003, maybe you know this, but I am an AVID fan of bikes and runs and collect every single pic I see.
I mean, I collect all types of pics, but as public nudity events go, bikes and runs are IMHO the most collectable of all. Now, lets talk about DAYLIGHT campus runs and bikes - they should be the most collectable of all, right? - since most events are at night. So there is this one event above, and May Day, a campus bike event (don't know the name of the school). Any others? I checked and have very few daylight campus run or bike pics. How about you? What else do you have to post/trade?

Back to the Fremont Parade, I found out that there is a secret location where all of the bikers assemble before the ride, supposedly out of the limelight of photographers. Last year, I missed them not knowing about it, but found some pics on-line which showed the exact location. heh...heh! So next year, I know where to go to find them (unless they change it from year to year) - several hundred naked bikers all standing around, waiting for the white flag.

Anyway, I leave you with a pic from May Day, a few pre and post Fremont Parade 2006 pics (not taken by me - sob!) and a pic from Webshots of a daylight campus run that I know nothing about, Notice the two babes on the far right. The rest are all guys!

Also, don't forget about the Sussex University Dissertation Dash. That's a pretty good daylight naked run. Although it seems to only involve one guy and one girl, and I'm not sure if it's an annual event. Anyway, here's the thread:

I thought about that one and might have added the pic but Brolla reposted it in another thread recently.

There is also the Trinity College run/event, and another pic that is from Colgate (at least that is what the filename says - see below). Then there is Rehn Fayre at Reed College which I have posted about before and may cover this spring.

Anyway, Most of these pics have been posted before and I don't want to just repost stuff if i can help it. But, yeah - maybe I can draw out some new pics. Todays theme is DAYLIGHT campus runs and bikes, folks! :)

Do high quality video's of these exist, a-la the naked mile?

Yes, it must have been the AMC. I remember three initials. I don't think I had the entire video, but a "best-of" that featured naked skiing, mardi-gras, and the usual suspects. I would love to see clips from it. Are they still in business? Is there a statute of limitations on how long they hold the copyright in the online porn world? I would love to see more of the hallways, changing and fountains scenes.

The opening scene with the four babes at the start is classic and possibly the bests Naked Mile scene on video. Also, you will find arty chicks at the statue (fountain, statue, whatever...).

Anyway, I have three or four AMC vids, including the ones from which those classic scenes can be found. If the copyright is no longer applicable then i could certainly post vids for y'all. And BTW, might that be copyright infringement over at Metacafe? I mean, if someone else can post an AMC "best of", then can I?

BTW - whats American Pie 5 all about? The Naked Mile? I'm intrigued......

It looks like things have changed a little at my alma mater in the last twenty-odd years. All we had was the Lacivious Costume Ball. ;)
