Sexy Scenes from "Grosse Pointe"
 

Yes, finally, finally, after YEARS of waiting, the old WB show "Grosse Pointe" has come out on DVD. The show was about the backstage antics of the cast of a "Beverly Hills 90210"/"One Tree Hill"-type show, and while I expected to hate it, I actually found myself laughing. But we're not here for the funny, we're here for the sexy, and "Grosse Pointe" has it in droves. As far as I can tell, "Grosse Pointe" has at least one sexy scene in every single episode (17 in all) and I will be capping and posting them all over the coming weeks. I'm going to start out of order, with episode 7, "Sleeping with the Enemy", because this episode contains scenes I have been waiting to see video from for, gosh, it must be almost FIVE YEARS. Lindsay Sloane, my all-time, number-one, top favorite celebrity wears an incredibly revealing, "J-Lo at the Grammys"-style dress to a movie premiere, which rips when she sits down. She wears the dress for just about the entire second act of the episode, and it is so great to see so much of her body. Making it even better, the scenes are genuinely funny, and I shouldn't have to tell you how much I love that.

The videos posted contain every second of Lindsay in the sexy dress from the episode, so you are not missing out on anything. All in all, I think we're off to a good start with this. And hey, this is my 2,200th post, so that's something right there.

Sexy scenes from episode 2, "Thieves Like Us". Lindsay Sloane is wearing a tiny, stomach-baring top in the opening scene, and then later on, all three girls, and some extras, strip off to go swimming. A quick word on the naming convention of these files: The actresses' names in the filename refer to who is being or doing something sexy in the scene, regardless of how many total of the three main actresses are in the scene.

Somewhat sexy scenes from episode 5, "Halloween". Lindsay Sloane is rigged up to a flying harness while wearing a cheerleader outfit and crashes into a wall (I've spared you the actual crashing shot, as when I looked at it shot by shot, it turned out to be a stunt man. *shudder*), then holds down her skirt while being carted off. Also, Johnny (character's name, not sure who the actor is, nor do I really care, frankly) watches the underwear swimming scene from a couple episodes ago for much the same reason that we do, and gets caught. Even the characters in the show watch their own show for the sexy scenes...

I realize these past few episodes have been kind of lean in the sexy scenes department, but you'll have to trust me when I say that there are more great things coming soon. Lindsay in a bikini, Lindsay kissing Sarah Michelle Gellar and much, much more.

In a series that was filled with sexy scenes, there was even an entire episode about sexy scenes, episode 8, "Satisfaction". First, Lindsay Sloane has a slight upskirt, and then at the end of the episode comes the most deliberately sexy scene I've seen so far from the series. The girls are in the locker room, Irene in a towel, Lindsay in a bra and a towel, and Bonnie in even less. Then, a catfight breaks out.

Also, if anybody out there is collecting all or any of these videos and you want the file names to match up, I would rename the one from episode 7 (the first one posted) to "lindsaysloane-grossepointe-sleepingwiththeenemy".

OK, here we go with sexy scenes from episode 10, "Puppet Master". Irene Molloy and Bonnie Somerville have a conversation, Bonnie in robe, tight tank top and panties and Irene in silky sleepwear. There are a couple downblouse shots from Irene. Irene is next seen in a sexy get up including a completely see-through top (with bra) and short skirt. I'll be damned if Irene doesn't look sexy as hell in that scene. And finally, another upskirt from Irene, this one more blatant than the last. Definitely a great episode all around for you Irene Molloy fans out there.

Sexy scenes from episode 11, "Star Wars". Bonnie Somerville makes a Japanese commercial while wearing a tight biker chick outfit which pushes her breasts together and shows off a lot of cleavage. We are also treated to the "completed commercial" where she is seen wearing a couple of other sexy outfits. Also, Lindsay Sloane takes off her panties and gives them to a guy. Don't ask, long story.

Sexy scenes from episode 12, "Bare Naked in America". Sexy photos of Bonnie are published in a magazine and we get a couple glimpses of some of them, including one where she is topless and covering up. At the end of the episode, Bonnie does a strip tease and has to take off her bra in front of her cousin (on the show-within-the-show). Also, Lindsay Sloane does a cheer in her cheerleader outfit, with a couple panty flashes.

And finally, FINALLY, we've reached episode 17, the last episode, "My Best Friend's Wedding". Irene Molloy changes her clothes and we see her in her bra for an extended period, and later we see her putting on a garter belt in a wedding dress.

My final assessment of the series: I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the set just for the sexy scenes, of which my prediction of at least one per episode was accurate, but I actually ended up enjoying watching the show. It was actually "laugh out loud" funny, and the characters were, believe it or not, sympathetic (well, some of them). It's a damn shame this show was cancelled, not only because I would've liked to have seen Lindsay Sloane every week, and not only because I would've liked to have seen if they could have kept up with the "sexy scene per show" streak, but also because I actually got interested in the storyline ***SPOILER*** and the series ends on a down note, with the main "will they/won't they" relationship ending up with an "Inconclusive" ***SPOILER***. So basically, if you enjoyed the sexy scenes and you want to see them in context, or you just like really funny and well-written shows, I would highly recommend picking up the set. Right now, it's only available from Amazon.com, and I don't know when, if ever, it will be released in stores.
