Boob Jobs - Before & After
 

I searched the forums and hadn't found anything close to this yet so I figured I'd start a thread.

Feel free to post your own, however, please keep it to moderately high resolution pictures as low res pictures are a dime a dozen.

Incidentally, if you don't care about the resolution, http://www.breastimplants411.com/ba_photos.htm is a great site for finding an absolute ton of images, all medium to low resolution.

Most of those seem like decent jobs by the surgeon, but I prefer the before pics in all cases. Just sayin.

Definitely a skillful surgeon... but I, too, prefer the "befores."

Yep, every single "before" was better.

I usually like em natural myself, but most of the afters were immense improvements. And hardly any marks and scars at all.

Have to agree with most replies here -- every single one of the before pictures was gorgeous, and the afters... not -nearly- so.

And I definitely agree that the befores were nicer! Why do they ruin their boobs like that? When you have firm, small titties to begin with, why mess them up? :(
