Found on my wife's camera!

I couldn't believe this. I got home from a short trip abroad and found lots of images on my wifes digi camera. She couldn't have taken them herself. Of course I need to sort this out but realised that I was very turned on!! While I ponder what to do I thought that I would share a few of them with you. (I copied them to disc and they were erased from her camera the next day).

shadow999 09-26-2006 03:47 PM

Well I would love to here her explaination.....

Shinoix 09-26-2006 03:53 PM

you believe these stories? you're just helping live out this guy's fantasy.

lovetoy 09-26-2006 05:33 PM

I have a nice tipp for you guys! You can recover all deleted pics from digital cams with recovery software. So you can make some sexy pics of your girls, delete them and later you can save the files :D

Can someone please tell me more? I have a pentax--don't know if that matters and I use a memory card. I lent out my camera awhile back to a girlfriend of mine, so her and b/f could take some pics. I've been trying to locate the pictures online. But if there's a way to actually recover these pics, it would be awesome. I've used the camera several times since then, just in case that matters.

franzibert 09-26-2006 06:08 PM

i'm no expert, but when you already used the cam there is no way to get the pics back, afaik.

Too bad.. :(

The software is called Digital Picture Recovery from DTI Data (www.dtidata.com I think) but it requires a card reader in the computer. Nothing that I know of can recover pictures through the camera interface. The software costs about $40 if I remember right. So total investment will be about $60.

It is possible to recover pictures even after taking more pictures, as long as you didn't fill the camera up with new pix. The more full it gets, the less chance to recover anything old.

I know this because I loaned my digital camera to a girl at work for 6-8 months, periodically downloading the pix for her. During the times that she had a boyfriend, I also used the above software to see what had been deleted. I about went into cardiac arrest when I found this one! For her protection and mine, I dcecided I needed to blank out the face ... sorry.

Let me tell ya though, no greater feeling in the world than working with someone who showed you everything, however unintentionally :)

Best of luck, and please share what you recover! PM me if you need some more help!!

NOT TRUE!!! You should find a program called Digital Image Recovery and run it on the card But you HAVE to post what you find :)

Ok, i should shut up when i know i'm no expert in something ;)

shadow999 09-26-2006 10:58 PM

I have a software program that recovers deleted pics also....it works quite well, but your odds of recover go down after the cam is used to take new pics. Now I just have to start lending my cam out....LOL

p.s. No I don't believe the story, but there is nothing wrong with a little fantasy though.....there could be more pics.

xipander 09-27-2006 01:15 AM

another way

it would also be possible, without a card reader, to just plug the camera in thru normal usb or firewire in any unix based operating system and mount the drive and use free software, like the coroners toolkit to attempt to restore the deleted file(s) information.

sorry for my 2cents, i was in the middle of typing anti-forensics paper/presentation for school when i ran across this post.

tehman 09-27-2006 03:23 AM

If your camera mounts the flash card as a removable drive, this one has worked well for me in the past:

I realised when I posted these that some of you guys (& girls) would presume that it was just my fantasy. Yes, I would be lying if I said that I hadn't had thought of the thrill of catching my wife with another guy. But you're going to just have to take my word on this one. I never thought that in a million years it would happen, but it has. I can't prove it, but I guess that I don't have to. At least it's started a thread on retrieving digital images on cameras, so it can't be that bad then ;)

So are you going to ask her about them? I sure would want to know who was taking naked pics of my wife....especially if she did not let me take them!

Yes, of course I am going to have to tackle her about them but am taking my time while I gather the facts. This happened three weeks ago. I have found out that she was at our local pub with some friends of ours and that a group of them came back to the house for drinks after closing. I'm presuming that this was the night in question. I know all of the people and one has told me that a older bachelor friend of ours was still there when they left. He has never kept it a secret that he fancies my wife, but we usualy just humour him as he probably couldn't get an erection let alone a girl. I'm going away with my wife for the weekend so will have to bring it up then.

If it ends in divorce I'll post the whole set!

But then again, this is just a fantasy according to some.

rowdydawg_aci 09-27-2006 01:08 PM

I am sure his story is true.......

Hi I really want to believe this guys story and I am leaning toward doing that. How about he post a pic of his wife's face and a pic of him and her together, say on their trip, or from any other time. I am sure that they have many pics of them together, being they are married.

The reason the subject moved to retrieving pics from digital cameras....and guys!! you can get the program for free off download.com..............is because no one believes your little fantasy.....much less cares.

Then may I suggest, Mike, that you stop leaving replies and go and play with your digi? Or maybe start your own thread, I'm sure that it would be immensely popular.

Does anyone know if it's possible to restore video files from a digital camera? Also, how would one delete them permanently?

tallboy_36 09-28-2006 01:40 PM

Adware

Was a spyware program guys..........

mike230652 09-28-2006 09:20 PM

Another one..........

The best programme for recovering images from damaged disks/ floppies/ HD's etc is Dead Disk Doctor. Easily found on the web...just google it.

I've used it to fix a couple of damaged cd's and dvd's ...works 100% in no time at all. Don't know what else it works on...but Hey! it's free...give it a try! and it's completely spyware free.
