Nah the pap's are very obvious when they take their upskirt pics. I have read they have even started using kit that was meant for airport security to look under cars for bombs and stuff. I beleive britney also references this type of upskirting in one of her newer vids where she gets out the car and actually has to step over a pap who is laying down on the floor waiting for his pic.
What I wanna know is where he stands from a legal point of view in the US or UK.
Example: If I'm taking a pic of a friend and there are people I dont know in the background, I know Im not breaking the law. But if Im just taking pics of people I dont know would I be breaking the law?
or
Example: If a woman was sat in a park with her legs spread for all to see and I took an upskirt pic is that illegal? What Im saying is at what point would it be illegal to take an upskirt pic? The guy in the video above got in trouble with the law for putting his camera under that ladies skirt and taking a pic but if he had taken it in the park would he still be in trouble??
I have never felt the need to take those type of pics myself as there are hundreds already posted on the net, but I do wonder what these guys risk when they take these type of pics. I would be interested to read your opinions and find out if anyone actually knows the law regarding this subject?
