Most photos like this are posed, I try to go for ones which look like the girls are amateurs and enjoying themselves as opposed to professional models, but you can never be sure. Maybe they should go in the exhibitionist forum?

No they are fine here. Upskirts come in two varieties, posed and candid. Either ones are fine to post here as long as they aren't taken from pay sites.
