I've downloaded that now, how do I use it?

I downloaded it too and i still cant get the videos to play right

Install it, it will do the decoding automatically. I'll upload a more user friendly version of the vid now.

OK, OK, new version coming. I forgot about this one. New one will be like the last one I re-encoded.

OK, new version should work for everyone with the Xvid codec.

I guess it depends on what else you have loaded on your system. I haven't run into a video I couldn't play :D
