Where I work, we have such a clause in our contracts. E.G. Our company will not tolerate anyone who strips naked and get up on a table in a bar with a rose between his/her teeth.

Double standards
 

I agree wholly that you're essentially representing an organisation so have to be careful not to bring it into disrepute but in this case it feels like they’ve already packaged her as a beacon for male attention and this isn’t as big a leap as in a regular job. I get you fully though.
