These photos always come to mind whenever someone mentions a girl on a fence. There's at least one more that shows her face, but I couldn't find it. She was a shoplifter (stealing legs of lamb), and when she was caught, she pulled her own pants down. I always thought they got snagged on the fence.

There's a video of a girl at a rock concert climbing over a fence to get into a restricted area. Her shorts get caught on the fence and they just rip apart (practically in the camera guy's face). She's actually caught between two security fences in her shredded shorts, and she has to climb back over (much to the amusement of the crowd). She's really cute, and I believe she's wearing white bikini panties. As embarrassing as it was, she was a good sport about it (she was laughing, as I recall). I know it's on OCC, but I can't find it. Anyone know which thread it's in?

Found the video. It's from a Blink 182 concert in Melbourne Australia. It wasn't a security fence, and her panties aren't white, but otherwise I remembered it fairly accurately. It's in the Sexy Videos section. The title of the thread is; New AFV Videos. Post #12. It's only a short clip. There's a longer version that shows her trapped inside the fenced area, climbing out, and walking around in her underwear (or it could be a totally different clip. There were a lot of people filming her with their phones). Anyone have the full length version?
