The last pictures are in London, according to the "Welcome to Lambeth" sign.

London 2015

A quick scan of my WNBR files suggests London 2015. Not looked at the RARs yet.

PLease

Please, some quick research would have indicated to you the year and the location, so you could put these photos in the appropriate thread. Its obviously the London WNBR

Parliament buildings are a bit of a giveaway too. My place of employment is in the background also and WBNR fairly causes a stir for the literal feint of heart! Pre Brexit so no shortage of sausages and clams :p

Yes - very obviously London - red buses, Santander hire bikes, landmarks, "Welcome to Camden" sign.

filename UKBR_00175 has car registration plate beginning LS64... which means the car was registered between September 2014 to March 2015. London WNBR in 2014 was on 14 Jun 2014. Therefore photo taken in 2015 or later.

filename UKBR_00148 Yandex reverse image search of this frequent rider found it posted on motherl*ss on 30 Jul 2015. Therefore 2015 or earlier - assuming that posted date is accurate. WNBR London was on 13 June 2015.

filenames UKBR_00082, 84, 85 has "Just Married" couple, who should be distinctive enough to find in collections to confirm 2015.

Sorry to be OCD on OCC, but getting the year right feels important to me.

The beard girl with pink fannypack is before 2016.
And the bikes become red in 2015
So i think is 2015...

As i always state i have neither the time nor desire to search every pic or series. This is a forum to share, if you don't like a post move on. Stop being such an OCD NERD and just enjoy pics. Not everyone has been on here since the beginning and do not want to search they just like to browse and enjoy. I post in every single forum and try to share what i find. Relax Francis it is porn not science

You have a point.

But for some people, part of their enjoyment is the "OCD nerdish" detail like: What is this? When & Where. Think of it as a sort of fetish, if it helps you understand this difference and some of the apparent ingratitude for your efforts.

For the rest of the population, the different categories, sections and naming on OCC helps us find what you are currently in the mood for. We stumble upon something and want to find more. OCC is one of the best forums for this "tidyness" where you have a chance of finding stuff - quite often. A shop or library which had things in random order would soon be unusable.

I expect you do a bit of naming and sorting of your own images and videos so you can find them again rather than randomly naming them 1,2,3... and dumping them into one big folder.

This thread could be merged into the WNBR 2015 thread or deleted, doesn't really matter. Those threads get so long I guess it's not harmful to have some reposts like this.

crispus 10-04-2021 01:58 PM

As many of you will know, and pingman62310 has no doubt gathered from the posts I've recently horned in on one of his threads with, I'm one of those nerds (though I prefer to think of it as OCC nerd, rather than OCD!). My take on this is that he's clearly stated he doesn't care for the nerdiness, and that he has had the courtesy to make a separate thread for his preferred approach instead of just dumping things willy-nilly into a nerd-friendly one, and for that I for one thank him: I've seen many threads I had really liked and been happy to contribute to get seriously diluted. There have been several examples in the past of people agreeing to disagree about what should go into a thread and establishing parallel nerd and non-nerd ones - kudos to Mr. p for doing that on his own.
