I have a very large collection of pictures from over the years of all the women I have been with. It all started back in the film days. The film days is another subject all together because having to get the film developed at a photo lab and also the potential of stolen pictures. But I will save that subject for another time. But I have boxes and boxes of pictures that have been developed and the maybe half of them I still have the negatives. All of which has not been put into digital format. I also have several VHS tapes that have not been put into digital format and an 8mm mini video cassette that I have not put into digital format. I used to have much more but over the years things happen that causes you to lose them.

I have probably about 25 gigs of digital pictures and video of the women I have been with in the past. That is a lot of personal porn. I lost about 100 gigs of if digital pictures due to a hard drive failure.

What do you suggest? Has anyone else done this? If so, what did you do? I am looking for answers.

As I got older and realized I'm not going to live forever I took steps to preserve and protect the over 500 pics I have of my wife. I'm pretty sure the kids/grandkids would be scarred for life if they saw MomMom in action at Fantasy Fest.

I scanned all of the old polaroids and put them and all the digital pictures into an encrypted file. Now they are easily accessible for my enjoyment, and without the password they are just a big file on my PC with a nondescript file name

yes, once they are in digital format it is just a few clicks to decrypt and password protect. but I need to get my film pictures converted. when you have over 1000 pictures it isn't just a few clicks. :eek: ;) lol it will take quit a bit of time and work.:D

I probably scanned a couple of hundred polaroid and 35 mm pics. Canon makes some.very inexpensive scanner printer combos. The cheap printers are somewhat limited in features, but I have found the scan quality to be very good. Or you can go w a more expensive option like a like an Epson dedicated scanner with a photo sheet feeder. I think are also some.dedicated photo scanners w built.om sheet feeders.

I did mine myself as photography/videography are my hobbies. I have two older higher end conversion boxes which are no longer available. I also have one cheap generic one that I picked up on Amazon. It actually works pretty well. Although I did have to play around with some different software to get food results

Does it matter who finds them , some one like yourself that's pleased to find a lot of pictures.
There are no names no memory's as to who was in the pictures . Just pictures from the past that are no longer here ......
We have threads with old pictures . just a image of some one yes nude but still some one lost in time that you will never put a name to .
Its hard to put a name to a picture that's a year or two old. people change .
At the end of the day its old photos . Not every one looks at them when they find them ..They get them and bin them same with old tapes . or put them in the loft to look at a later date .

keep your memory's they are people you have met had fun with. When your gone its just a lost memory no one will no who they were

I converted my entire collection of old VHS tapes (tapes off TV, nothing for this site) and Laserdiscs to digital for saving and posting to YouTube. I used an Elgato Game Capture HD and my remaining high end VHS deck, which worked great. But the Game Capture HD has been discontinued and the newer ones don't really do analog inputs well. If you can find one, it might be worth your effort.

That is a good idea - a dedicated photo scanner with a photo feeder. That would be a good option in my case. The scanner I have right now means putting one picture on the scanner wait for it to can then save it then repeat. That would take FOREVER! I just do not have that kind of time. Thank you for the advice. But with that said i still like the idea of letting some perv scan all of my photos and see him or her get off looking at all of them. hahaha:D

here are two photos from my film collection I have scanned. it took about 5 minutes just for these two. When I have approximately 1000 photos; I just do not have that kind of time. So, I guess I will look into purchasing a dedicated scanner.
