Help IDing various public sets

I have 3 sets of girls in public that I'd like to know the event of. I think they're all WNBRs but I'm not sure. First is a brunette with a choker.

Definitely WNBR, definitely Toronto (check "Victory Peace Monument at Coronation Park in Toronto" to match some backgrounds), should be no later than 2017 based on posting dates at various sites...

She rode Toronto WNBR 2013. Here are some higher quality pics.
