The girl in the quoted image actually went on to a successful modelling career (may still be modelling actually) and having met her (I was involved with the MCC at the time), she is an awesome lady

She was gorgeous. I always found it delightfully ironic that she actually worked in Wardrobe and Costume Design - given her appearance was sans such things.

Seems like this was a popular scooter in the past based on a few other photos in the thread.

The irony is that according to IMDB after being famous for being nude she spent the rest of her life doing costume and wardrobe

There’s a motorcycle club called the Vampires that annually ride naked (or at least used to) around the streets of Santa Cruz. I guess they weren’t keen on documenting it since I can’t really find many pictures or videos of it. Shame, so close to finding content to satisfy my niche interests.
