Strange PM
 

I got a message from a RosaleeBG bit dont see that name in users. Assuming its spam or worse? Anyone else get one?

Getting a lot of spam private messages from accounts that look like they were created today. You can see them all in the "posting private messages" list now. Would hate to see this site get hit by these accounts.

Ezra Skinner or something was the name on the last one & the first was a girl's name followed by a number whtqicah may have been 2992.

I've received 2 messages on consecutive days

NoelleLancaster offering sex via another site (with a URL included)

Same here, my spammer was EsperanzaMI (reported).

Thanks for all the reports. We've been banning as soon as we spot them. There have been a LOT of them and all seem to be from new joiners on the 21st May. Hopefully Admin will be able to take steps that prevent it from happening again.

If anyone else gets any, please report them as it's easier to find the culprit than having to find their profile without a link.

Possible spam source = MyraBB

Normally there is nothing good within any message with such a title.

it was spammed , dealed with it...

I received a couple of spam messages, did not send any spam, but personal messaging was disabled in my account nonetheless.

No idea how I'm going to be able to thank whoever did send spam for causing that to happen.

Same here. I reported a spam message, got disabled messaging and now a friend request from the same user with no way to reject (rejecting does nothing).

Please help
 

It would be greatly appreciated if you could ask an admin to re-enable private messaging in my account or kindly tell me why they can't. I didn't send any spam.

Whatever Admin did to prevent the spammers from PM(ing) seems to have affected some other accounts as well.
I'll PM them (try) and ask if they can look into it. Sorry for the inconvenience.

guys i don't know what the matter .... i had received message " Banned from forum " . It was similar message received in other forum. I hope it's ok now . I had sent message to webmaster . That's really strange ! :confused::confused::confused:

It was only went to a clean browser and got the message before I even put in my username that I figure that something was wrong. Site hacked?

My message was from "Harley3533". Searched user, nothing. So I deleted the PM.

Yeah same here, I received one of those spam messages and deleted it. Now it says my PM box is 100% full.
