What is it with those Czechs? During a 2017 summer rock music festival in Czech town of Trutnov, it was introduced with a bizarre game requesting female participants to get their bare buttocks whipped and caned in public. This year's rock-music festival was held in the Czech town of Trutnov in early July. Following the tradition established many years ago, the open-air festival was introduced with so-called Freak Fest consisting of various incredible games and rare contests, out of which the next one desires its own post.

The first girl was not able to take so much. She said: "All of us probably got a severe strapping with the leather belt on the bare backside during our teen years when we did something we should have not. I got it the same way, too, and thought to have been accustomed to the pain, but no way today. The executioner administrating my walloping appears to have used full force and I soon reached my pain tolerance."

The winner of popular spanking competition taking part at the event is shown as the blond girl with her hair in a knot in the photographs attached below (excerpt for the only photo of a different girl with long waving hair). She has been praised as a hero in local press for her participation. According to the report, the girl did not hesitate to pull down her pants and endure the whole round of hard spankings with belt, cane and cat o' nine tails resulting in a prolonged discomfort "for her to sit down properly for the rest of the festival" (it's the precise citation).

More than a decade ago, an unbelievable school show paying attention of visitors was presented at OEF 2008. The funny scene began with the character of Mozart coming on stage, where he was unable to hear four student girls playing the violin. While browsing the same source, I've come across four more photographs, not attached originally in the referred post of mine. These four photos of Luisa are associated to the same set, but they somehow stayed out of my focus. Following her dismissal shown in Part 3, the French girl recovered quickly from her painful bare-ass whipping, of which there's also a video footage on the Internet (see here: v.denik.cz/2017/07/05/023/bicovani-1.mp4 ).

As is captured in attachments below, she then decided to bend over again in order to receive another pants-down spanking at the open-air site. According to a newspaper article, this female coming from Strasbourg, France, was accompanied by a group of 10 friends. She was obviously enjoying the event that was unlike anything the girl had previously encountered. Therefore, it was her spontaneous turn there. After all, there was a statement in the report, claiming she had deliberately been beaten with a cane, a rubber hose as well as a leather whip -- all of them soaked in salt water to intensify the feeling of spanking. Her written confession was a bit different from what was seen in the whole set of photos. She said (translating), "I really enjoyed it so much. That it was hard? No, it wasn't. That's no problem for me. This festival is different from those in France, Germany or the Netherlands. It's just crazier. I enjoy it, Trutnov is a really nice town".

Surprisingly, Luisa returned to this site in Trutnov in 2018, wearing the same sunglasses, but this time she didn't want to join in the spanking contest at any cost. Maybe then, the French woman still remembered getting spanked bare in public and she'd rather have avoided getting the same treatment again.

Here's a pair of videos, made by visitors on the opening day of OEF 2019's Freak Fest. Both of them capture the same blond girl with her hair braided in a knot, who finally win the whole spanking contest, as being the only one enduring the most of them all.

Firstly, just this short 15-second clip appeared. It shows the girl during her first round, getting a bare-bottom spanking, both pants and panties down, with a leather belt. Even the other girls in the audience were hesitantly smiling at eye-witnessing such a funny thing they could hardly in their lifetime have anticipated to occur. Secondly, a compilation consisting of amateur video footage has recently been made. It runs for more than 3 minutes and shows thoroughly from various different angles the whole first round, when the same poor girl was bottomless there -- she kept even her panties down around the middle of her thighs.
