I have the the movie files to go with this, but it's too large to post. I'm counting on the new video site to open soon :-) Meanwhile, here's a teaser. This is some type of anatomy class or seminar in front of a live audience. Pretty awesome stuff if you ask me.

I Don't Think So...

Many aspects don't make sense for it to be a medical demonstration. I believe it is an entertainment of some kind.

But DAMN good post and great ENF!!!

I did see the programme and it made my eyes water when eye chopped some poor blokes nads in half with a very sharp knife. He then pulled the cord from your plums all the way ....Yuckkkkkk....Not nice.
She was fit though, the naked lady.
(and to the necrophoeliacs among you, he cut an old lady up too)
Also Yuck

I read the BBC article and i get his point for the show and everything like that but what's he really a professor of? does he actually teach something at a university somewhere? Where can i find video of this guy? cause i mean he still kinda seems like he's a little off in the head.

He's a Professor of plastination as far as Im aware.. its the process of replacing all the body fluids with this plastic like fluid that hardens and sort of embalms the body.. wierd.. I saw the show a few months back on British tv channel 4. fascinating stuff!

jimm 08-07-2005 03:23 PM

Sounds interesting..
What is the name of that tv show?

abrad9 08-08-2005 01:55 PM

autopsy live it was on channel 4 late at night about 5 months ago it covered all aspects of the human body explaining how everything works etc with models helping to demonstrate things

leviticus 08-08-2005 05:45 PM

Going from memory it was called "anatomy for beginners" and was in 4 hour parts
each one having a different subject , heart & system , lungs & system , muscles
and reproductive system.( could be wrong on the subjects its a long time back )
Its on DVD and video and a lot of the torrent sites.
He also did a live public autopsy in london and had an exhibition of his plastic
works of art

Thanks for sending it to us, but we can't use it on One Click Home Videos beacuse it's not a "home video".

Thanks,

I know this guy

I have met this guy in Heidleburg Germany whilst shooting a docu for Discovery, his name is prof gunter von hagens.
some of his work involves taking dead bodies and plastinating them, dipping the body in a plastic resin and then displaying the dead plastic body as art. this guy is fuckin crazy. he did the same thing to a horse!

oklahomacityboy 11-17-2005 08:57 AM

where can I find this video?

cuteguy 11-17-2005 10:02 AM

he has stopped using the title 'Professor' as a court fined him for doing so - he ihas no #real' professorship. I think he was fine a few 1,000 Euros..... 15,000 or so.
