South Beach

I agree with road_warrior92.. I never seen a woman in full nude in US beaches..did I miss any US beach?..:confused: Countries like Brazil, Spain, Italy, France, Ukraine hits lot of nudism practitioners all over the world because of no restrictions in many of the beaches. Out of all these beaches, my first preference is Spain has dozens of nudist beaches;) check my previous posts :D Mediterranean beaches are very beautiful with fresh water!;)

Around Miami, the only beach that I'm aware of where it is specifically legal to be topless is Haulover Beach - there's a decently wide section north of Miami where people go to strip off, and technically no cameras are allowed but somehow pictures show up here...

Thanks for sharing your daring lady - be mindful of law enforcement but keep encouraging her free nature!

In North Miami is a legal clothing optional beach. People come from all over to enjoy the beach here. I've spoken to many from around the US who specifically made the trip to experience a nude beach. There are however those who object and have been trying for years to find any reason to get the beach's status as a legal c/o beach removed. I have no doubt that developers are also targeting the beach. Just last year, they took part of the parking (which is already maxed during the late April - late Sept timeframe), to expand the marina.

Yup - that's Haulover.

I was reading about the legality of nudity on Miami beaches. It seems that Haulover is fully legal to be nude. From there south, including South Beach, is legally like any normal US beach, you can not be nude or topless. But topless is clearly tolerated by law enforcement on South Beach. Supposedly it is also tolerated between South Beach and Haulover, but less common. And supposedly full nudity is also tolerated on South Beach, at least for women, who are not too bold - sunning and swimming are ok, walking through crowds not necessarily. But that is just anecdotal, from people who say they did it, nothing official. Mrs CD and I are planning a visit this summer, so likely we will be able to find out, assuming she is up for it. Usually she is.

Yea, my wife has gone topless on South Beach. It's really no big deal.

Haulover is one of the few legally nude beaches in America. South Beach and Miami Beach in general toplessness is fully accepted but full nudity is not.

It is true there is less toplessness than there once was, but that is more a function of demographics and such. Miami Beach peaked in the 1990's when there was a strong middle class European tourist market interested in the city and many young Europeans and South Americans lived in the city. 2000's the beach acquired a more ghetto reputation and it scared middle class Europeans off. Today it is mostly a high end/ghetto resort. High End mostly stays inside their High End Hotels and bathe in the High End Hotel pools. Ghetto element goes to the beach but aren't the demographic that goes topless. Also, I'd say there is at least 50% less people on the beach any given day than there were back in the 90's.

Pirate Cove in California. Me and my girlfriend were there completely naked and had at least a couples there where the girls were completely nude.

There are less topless/nude women on Florida beaches also because of cameras and voyeur photographers. That inhibits many women who would dare go topless if there weren't bunches of guys trying to sneak pics.

i didnt know the rest of the world didnt have that technology lived in fla all my life that is not true women still go topless and nude perfect examples are playalinda and haulover and some on west coast of florida

the north end of haulover is total nude...legal and lots of people, not ghetto at all, well patrolled by police and showers and bathrooms..we spend ever summer there the last 4 yrs...so anyone whos says any different either hasn't been there or doesn't know what they are talking about...

The point is that less women are going nude these days than they used to before everybody had a digital camera in a phone.
