Spencer Tunick on the Tyne
 

My favourite photographer finally came to my home town city to do one of his famous installations! I just had to be involved! I couldn't take any photographs (no cameras allowed - where would we put them anyway?!) but I have scrounged a few off various news sites. I'm actually IN "spencersun1" which was published in the Sun Newspaper - I'll leave you to guess who though.

Apologies for the newspaper censoring and the naked guys and stuff.

The BBC covered an evening installation live on BBC3, so I got my face on television too - not so prominently as to cause me any problems though!

For the record, most women in the north-east who choose to go naked aren't fully shaved. I'd guess about 70% unshaven, 30% trimmed/Brazilian. I think I only saw one totally hairless all day.

why in Tunicks photos is there never a guy with a boner? I would think of that many people and that many women there would be one somewhere? I think i would be sportin.

Well it's very early in the morning so it was quite cold... also surrounded by so many people (men and older women as well as the cute chicks) its more of a social atmosphere than a sexual atmosphere - you almost forget everyone is naked after a while.

Anyone who has done one of these shoots knows they work REAL fast. Movies shows everyone practically running around. They have to do it that way. So thats probably why I'd never volunteer to do one - it seems it would be over before you had a chance to get excited...

The photoshoot that I took part in wasn't actually that quick. All in all it took about two hours. And I wasn't even close getting a boner. It's just nudity, nothing more.

I've done 2 of his shoots both times with my girlfriend. The first one we did a few years back in Gateshead, while we were both at art school. As soon as everyone stripped off there was this guy who got a huge boner, people complained and he got told to leave, after that i think all the guys were trying to be careful.

I know a lot of people who go are naturists and are used to it but a lot of guys like myself just go for the experience. I managed to stay relaxed through it, though at one point I thought I was gonna be embarrassed.

He made us all lay down and cuddle into one another, and kept telling everyone to get closer and closet in together. I ended up in a situation with this really hot Spanish girl having her foot pressed against my penis, it seemed like ages we were holding the pose and I could feel her flick her toes against me, right into my pubic hair! It was really sexy but I couldn't let myself enjoy it, it was torture! I'm sure she was doing it deliberately to try to turn me on, amazing experience.
