I can't login...
 

Sorry to bother you here, but i didn't know where else to post this since i can't create new threads in the feedback/support section. All the sudden i stopped being able to login to my previous account, i requested a password change, and now i can't even login with the password sent to me by mail. I had to create this new account to be able to ask for help.

Again sorry for the massive off-topic.

If you're trying to log in through Chrome, I've been having the same issue. Logging in through IE right now, and this works, but there seems to be a problem with Chrome.

Today i tired to login to my profile and got this msg:
The problem is, i did not forget my password or my username. I tried to login more times from firefox and chrome too but i got this error everytime.

After several attempts i tried to login with Tor Browser and it worked. I used the same username and password.

It is so weird... but i still cant login from firefox or chrome.

Edit: I changed my password but it doesn't help. I deleted cookies too but it doesn't help.

I had the same issue. I tried on Firefox and nothing. I created a new id because I thought there was some issue (hacked, database error). I'm unable to log on with that ID as well in firefox or opera. I can log on with IE though.

Same here. Can only log in on my phone. Weird.

Admin usually checks this Forum regularly. However, I have also sent a P/M to admin advising of the problem.
This is an issue that is above the Moderators abilities to correct. We simply don't have access to that portion of the site.

Hopefully this situation will be solved shortly.

Same problem. Just can log in on Internet Explorer, not on Mozilla or Chrome.

I have same problem. i can not login any browser and any PC computer. i try reset password many times. But still I can not log in. Error message is: wrong username or password OR You have an invalid username or password. I have written EXACTLY right my username and password. My original account (drewan) HAVE same problem. And I written this message my mobile phone. What is problem this forum and log in???

This has been happening about once a month and even when you reset the password (that is a pain) it still tells you wrong username or password.

I believe this issue has been resolved. Post here if you are still having trouble.

It's working. And I login my PC computer and Firefox 40.x.x browser. :)

Yep, looks like Chrome and Firefox can't log in. Must have been an update. :D

Can't login with Firefox. This happened about a week ago and got fixed. IE works. So another fix needs to be done?

When you log back in, click the box that says 'Remember Me'. It leaves you logged in and you won't have this problem everytime Firefox or Chrome decides you need an update.
You can change the name of the bookmark to something harmless without changing the URL and you can still password-protect your computer without a problem.

I run this site in Chrome in Incognito mode on my PC. That means that whenever I close the browser, whether to reboot or something else, the password is not remembered. Not a great solution for the likes of me. I'm sure others do that as well.

I finally had to log in using Safari on my Mac just to get here.

If there's a risk of someone who isn't supposed to, accessing your computer, this wouldn't be a good idea.
For many though, it might be a habit. Like turning off the lights when leaving a room.
My computer requires a password to resume from screensaver so I'm not too concerned with anyone jumping on and seeing my bookmarks.
Do what works for your situation.

Well today I can't login with Chrome, which I've always used on this site and all others. Not bothering with incognito like user above. Had pw reset still no go, gives me invalid with automated reset. Logged in with IE fine (cept I don't like using IE), so here I am. Reset my pw, log in and out in IE. Cleared cookie and pw in Chrome, still says invalid user/password. Don't think there's been any update to Windows Chrome, maybe on Android. Any ideas anyone?

Yes Guys you DO have a problem, and it is at your end. same thing happened to me a week or two ago. Can logon with IE, but not firefox.

Yep, I'm logged in with IE, and can't get in with Chrome or Firefox, and you could safely say I'm a very technical user. Even if it's somehow a problem caused by the browsers updating, and it affected two of them on the same day (I had no problems here yesterday), OCC is still in a position where a majority of potential new users won't be able to log in and won't know why.

Now I have also a login problem. I'm online with my mobile, if I logged in on my computer it don't work. I changed my emailadress and confirmed the new adress.
I use Firefox with all new updates.

It is 1Mnue1 here. I have had to set up a new account for the moment. For the second time in two weeks, my password has stopped working. Each new password I receive also does not work. I have tried (this time and last time) to get an answer by emailing the 'contact us' section, but never have I had a reply.

The same thing happened a year ago too. I will not be posting any pictures under this account as I would like the real one to work properly. Sorry I have had to come to the forum to post this, but I am getting no reply to emails, and newly issued passwords do not work.

The update for Manjaro Linux was on Wednesday morning.

I was able to login on Thursday morning without any problems.

On Thursday afternoon - the problems logging in started with this website.

I have now (Friday morning) downloaded Midori (web browser) & reset my password. Only time will tell if this has fixed this problem.

I will not start to post normally until I am sure this has sorted out this problem with this website!

The problem with downloading attachments is back!
