I want to say I remember a three girl vocal group who were regulars on The Benny Hill Show that went by the name The Ladybirds. One was blond. Another wore glasses. Third was non discript. Am I just having false memories ?

This pic from the first page shows the type of dress that was introduced in the Summer of 1964. Usually they were worn in the evenings to fashionable social events. Sadly this fashion didn't catch on.
