Girlfriend wants to get implants?
 

My girlfriend wants to get implants since she lost a lot of weight (looks good by the way) but her breasts are down to a B cup. She's talking about D or DD. Should I say go for it?

If it makes her happy and keeps you up, go for it.

You should look at fake boobs versus real ones. Reals are always better than fakes.
Plus fakes have a significant loss of sensibility.
I would never let my wife doing a boob implant.
My opinion.

I worked for many years in plastic surgery, and even if it is a choice that comes to only one person your girlfriend, there are some questions you can ask yourself both :
what is her size and weight now, and how much she weighed before her regime? these are the first questions to ask
Now that she has lost weight, is that her breasts are sagging? dishes?
or on the contrary are they still round and tonic?
It takes some time to accept her new body image, so you must speak both and do not rush to the first surgeon.

i prefer real vs fake... But if she decides to get them do your research on them... A couple of things to keep in mind:
1. Stay proportionate - double d's one a 110lb frame doesn't look right - unless they're real
2. Go thru the armpit if possible... Those scars under the boob are just a turn off & and so is a hacked up nipple
3. Get the ones that look & feel as real as possible - reference pornstar Jill Kelly - great set of fake ones!
4. Why does she want them? Self-esteem or to show them off? My sis-in-law got some b/c she lost a bunch of weight & had liposuction too to get rid of excess skin that exercise wldnt get rid of... Was good for her self-esteem, but also change her as well... A little full of herself now

Gotta play this carefully - tell her you want her to be happy, and that you're pleased with whatever she decides. If she wants to take the leap, then you're behind her 100%.

And then, do what she wants :) If she's ready, then be appreciative and honest about her choices.

It's easy to go too big, and you'd rather not have to replace them. The surgery hurts, every time. But it makes a difference to their self-esteem.

An ex of mine had them done, and took a lot of time to select the doctor and the kind. They were fucking fantastic. :)

Under the muscle is best, if that's possible for her frame. Shouldn't be a problem given the weight loss.

Thanks for the thoughts. She's not 110, more like 140. On a BMI scale I think she still could lose 10 pounds and technically be "healthy". Because of the weight she had before, her tits were rather huge, and she's missing them. She's come into some $$ and this is her decision totally, I am just trying to do some research on the best kinds and IF she really wants to go through with it. I'm off to bed tonight but I will post a couple of pics tmw on how they were vs. are now. They aren't saggy or anything... she just misses the big ones! But I appreciate the advice that only men with an appreciation for women can give!

I know quite a few women with fake tits and all but one wish they had never done it. The one who is still happy has had them less than two years though. Something about the two year mark makes their pussy itch for new penis from all the new attention.

I vote no; but it is her choice in the end.

My Theory
 

I believe that women who get implants do so to impress or keep up with other women and men barely come in to it. For me I could only ever agree to a woman getting a boob job in the most dire circumstances. I find them an instant turn off as they look deformed and the badly done ones are just grotesque. There is a case for them where illness or injury is involved but hardly ever as just for cosmetic appearance on normal ones. Fortunately my partner who has very small breasts is of the same opinion.

Since you are asking about opinions... unless they are very saggy, or damaged through accident or surgery - I wouldn't recommend them. ie: on a documentary, a 19yr old woman had b-Cup size breasts, but they were pancakes - that ended up below her rib-cage. I've seen women who DIDn'T need breasts jobs and shake my head.

I've had women with fakes (they are called fakes, after all) but mostly real ones of every size (A~F). I've dated one woman with a very NICE set of fakes Ds that were obviously fake, but extremely well done. A few weeks later I meet my future wife and I very much love her A-Cups any day. They did turn into Bs for a while during pregnancy which we both enjoyed. I would break up with her if she got a boob-job.

There is a site called: Rate my melons (I'm not promoting them) - But its a good educational site to compare breasts. They have them by FAKE vs REAL A / B / C / D / DD / F cups.

After looking at many photos and showing them to my wife... I take a natural real health breast over fakes any day. I also showed them to her SO she can see how odd that even fake B-Cups look like (She used to dream of buying C cups).

There are breast lifts operations available too, if needed. And as a recent article came out... about a well known actress who has gone from DD back to natural Bs... its easier on her back, and they have to be REPLACED every 7~12 years or so.

It should be her decision and you need to be supportive either way. Personally, I don't care for fake tits and would be very disappointed if my wife had a boob job, but she would be more likely to get a reduction instead of an increase.

Tell her you like her tits and body just fine the way she is, but if she wants more up there then that is fine too. But that a boob job should be for her, not you.

As I tell my kids and employees, my advice is worth exactly what you paid for it......but I would like to share this anecdote with you.
I have a friend (actually more of an acquaintance, She is the girlfriend of an employee) that had a beautiful shape. Mid 40's....full B maybe small C but they were really perky and fit her body.
She would go without a bra and they would not sag in the least.
The guy that works for me showed me a topless picture he had taken of her pre-surgery.
She would get a guy, they would be great for a few months and they he would leave.
She thought it was her figure, which to me was fantastic.
She went to a plastic surgeon and had them increased to DD.
Borrowed money to do it.
They really don't fit her body. They kinda look gross to be quite honest.
Anyway, because she went so big, her 40+ year old skin couldn't take the stretching all at once. She called my employee one morning in hysterics. The stitches under her boob pulled out and she ended up in the emergency room getting put back together.
She became so consumed with her breast issues that my employee ended up dumping her because he couldn't handle the psychological problems.

So the moral of the story is........... Take your time, if she proceeds make the boobs fit her body.. and get a good surgeon.

After the novelty wares off, " what are you looking at", "I can't find anything that fits", "all you men think about:, are big tits", "Try going down stairs with a couple pounds strapped to your nuts, see how that feels", "you want me to go braless, are you nuts"..

Small breasts, can go braless & tease the shit out of all the guys, & piss off all her girlfriends.

Boob Job
 

As others have written, and written well, this is a touchy subject. In fact I love touching this subject.:D
Our own daughter, very slim and nicely shaped, just had to get a boob job. She always kidded her mother about not being our kid because mommy has large boobs and she got cheated.
Daughter's boob job to me was not near large enough. They look quite real and natural. I only looked once at them bare but have seen more than a daddy should see exposed from her clothes. She started dressing more like her mom and her girfriends after the boob job. I think hers are just right. Most would never know she had a boob job. This is the size I'd recommend. Enough to be able to wear anything she wants yet nothing too outstanding and fake looking.

My own wife, no longer a kid, considered a reduction for years because her natural tits were way too large and heavy. As others mentioned she sufffered back and neck pain constantly even though I personally loved them larger than life. Of course my back was fine.
Coincidentally after retiring my wife was bitten on the left breast by a Brown Recluse spider. Many surgeries by a very good plastic surgeon saved it. Local doctors wanted to remove her boob. It took two surgeries to get rid of the poison and reconstruct her left breast. She had a choice. She could have gotten one inplant to match the larger right boob. Together we chose to have the right one reduced so they matched. Hers are still very nice for her age but now have very light scars where her nipples had to be raised.
Being a boob lover and since flashing is her life we went through hell. But as I told my wife I'd rather have her alive with no tits than dead. It was her choice.
As it is she still goes braless and often topless or nude at beaches. Dollie still has men friends who enjoy fondling and staring. Most have no idea her titties have been reduced. To us it's a toss up....are they real or a boob job? Since the only thing inside is natural muscle and flesh we call them natural. Personally we don't care what others think.
We also feel that way about the many gals we've met here in Florida with fake titties of all sizes. It's what makes them happy and their personality that counts? We guess that way over 10,000 men have felt Dollie's titties before and after plus i've felt as many as 5000 boobs myself. Yes boobs are our life! But that does not make us professionals.

I'd suggest to any woman, go for the boob job. But keep them realistic or you will later regret it. We've seen women with "Hersey Kisses" that are beautiful and fun to fondle.

One of my closer friends recently had augmentation done with her own body fat enriched with stem cells. Since no incisions were made you could not tell and there are no telltale creases from implants.
They appear to have lost some size since the operation. But I can not tell except that they are bigger now than before.

She was a full "B" cup and ended up an "A" after breast feeding two kids. she got up to a rock hard "D" wile breast feeding.

She now wobbles between a C and D depending upon time of month.

Just an option to traditional augmentation.

They even feel real because they are. My wife is even considering them.

But they must be her decision.

My wife wants to know... if its possible form them to "take the fat cells out of my guy" (me - the guy) and injected them into her A (officially half-A cup) breasts.

One point I don't see having been made is that removing implants results in a real mess. If a woman decides to get implants removed after a couple of years, the actual removal surgery is straightforward. The problem is that her skin has stretched around them and doesn't just snap back into place. Major league sagging and strange shpes will be the result without expensive resculpting. And the price of that is obvious scars.

Moral of the story is that implants should be thought of as permanent additions, not to be removed at a whim.

Here is a true story that I find kind of funny. My wife is a petite woman and has a-cup tits I adore. She also has dental problems. She, and her dentist, decided dental implants were the best option. She got her implants and they worked out great. While this was taking place, her sister told her boyfriend that my wife was getting implants. He assumed they were breast implants. The first time we got together after the procedure he kept looking at my wife's chest. He later commented to my sister-in-law that my wife's chest didn't look any bigger. We all got a big laugh out of that one.

I'll admit, her boob job looks better than most... congrats. But... I'll be honest, I don't see anything wrong with what she had before, or its that good of a photo.

My wife's are sub-A cups... yet I can still grab, fondle, suckle, rub her breasts and nipples. I've had sex or played with at least 6 sets of fake breasts... we're they horrible experiences? No. Nor were they the reasons that they didn't turn into long-term relationships.

I have seen quite a few boobs in my day but only one pair that I know of has been fake. Her name is Kristi and she is 5' 2" and weighs maybe 95 lbs. She was a business associate and we became fast friends. She would invite me to her office after work and we would talk and have drinks. Eventually, after we had gotten to know each other, I asked her about her rack, which was round and very full looking and were large for her frame. I really couldn't tell with her bra on. So I undid a couple of her buttons on her blouse and exposed her rack. I lifted her bra up to finally see these boobs that I had a fascination with. I couldn't believe the size of her nipples. They were huge! I started to fondle and feel these things up and down. I could not tell the difference between fake ones and real ones. Hers were very firm but looked very normal. She said that the kind that she got were only supposed to give her cup size and not really much more than that. So, I don't think that implants are a bad thing if they are done right and done so that the boob isn't ruined...

If it makes her happy, let it go, but personally I don't understand why girls want to have DD size breasts. I don't know personally any man (my friends) who likes bigger breasts than C, most of them likes B.

A girl I went out with wanted implants. Not big ones just some to give some fullness and shape.

After getting them we went on a trip to Spain. She did not wear her top at the beach once! She loved them. She could comfortable be topless amongst all at the beach. Walking, swimming, going to the beach bar,...

Frankly I liked them as they were, but I really liked her new confidence.

That is reason enough to support anyone who wants them.

In case anyone is interested, my GF went ahead and got the implants. If there's interest I will post some before and after, however right now there is some good bruising from the surgery. :)

My wife needs them badly. When we met she already had saggy tits but after two kids they seem to be lower than before. She's also lost some weight so they are not as full as they once were. I would love for her to get some just to give her more confidence and some cleavage.

She's now in the same boat with liking to get some new boobs.

Agreed... I think many women don't need it. But it can help some. Those with very saggy breasts, a lift may work as well. And of course those who have lost their breasts to cancer or accidents.

Something they some dr. don't tell you. Breast implants require maintenance... as they are not real. Meaning, every 5~10 years, you need to replace the implants. More so, if they are abused or a very active woman.

I feel like when others see the words "fake" and "boobs" together they automatically think of the ones done on top of the muscle and are filled with silicone. My wife went from a 34B to a 34DDD (yes, 3 D's) and they fit her frame. She isn't rail thin and not a BBW either. She is 5'03" and looks amazing. They went through her nipple (no, it's not all chewed up lookin) and placed the implants under the muscle and filled them with saline. They look (and feel) surprisingly real. She didn't lose sensation and has never regretted getting them. 4 years later she thinks its one of the best decisions she's made and I totally agtree with her.

I'm not a fan of fake-breasts... but that is an excellent boob-job. I would think they were real... you guys got a very good doctor, and I gather it costs more to do that sort of implant.

And yeah, they do look great on her frame. :)
