It's one thing to be naked on an island where the only other people are your fellow naked contestants and a camera crew. It's quite another to be the only ones naked in front of several fully-clothed hosts and a large studio audience. The guy seems to enjoy showing off, but you can clearly see how embarrassed the woman is (though she does loosen up a bit as the interview goes on). Brave stuff!
