Surprisingly, there doesn't seem to be one central thread for EUF stuff (unless I missed it), so it looks like I'll have to start one.

I actually prefer EUF to ENF. Not exactly sure why. A possible theory is that when a woman a nude, she might be able to cover everything. With underwear, it's harder. There's always going to be something exposed, and when the underwear is bigger (like "granny panties" or slips), it's impossible. Seeing a woman just have her hands dart around her body trying in vain to cover it all. It's just so awesome. So I figured it's only fair that I make some contributions to this thread.

A very rare EUF scene for most of the world, since this movie is virtually unknown outside its country.

Not the best EUF scene ever regarding embarrassing reaction, but IMO a good one nevertheless. Spanish actress Esther Del Prado goes to open the door, but half way the door she remembers that she's in her bra and panties. She comes back, picks a piece of clothing to cover herself and goes to answer, but two clumsy guys stick their heads inside, seeing her in her underwear and making her self-conscious about her exposure.

The scene is from a Spanish 1991 comedy movie named "El Robobo De La Jojoya". Awful movie, nice scene.

Another little known EUF scene;

An scene from an Argentinian telenovella named "Cuando Me Sonreis", in which actress Julieta Diaz catches her boyfriend/husband -I don't know- cheating on her at his office. However, she decides to leave the place, unnoticed. But furious as she is, she doesn't notice that her skirt has got caught in the door. As she leaves, her skirt gets torn off, leaving her in her sexy black pantyhose and black panties!

Knowing that this places her in an even more humiliating position, she solves to flee from there, but the main door is locked. She's finally spotted by another office worker, to which she reacts embarrassed.

Nuria Gagó in 'Mis Adorables Vecinos'
 

Another EUF scene from Spain. It's a TV show from 2004 or 2005.

Nuria Gagó plays here the entitled and spoiled daughter of a very wealthy marriage, who happened to had a relationship in the past with her new neighbor, the son of a new-rich marriage. In this scene, Nuria's 'puesta de largo' is being celebrated -a party among wealthiest families that is celebrated when one of their daughers enters into adulthood... although Nuria was around 25 at the time.

Her ex and her new love interest get into a fight at the party and when Nuria tries to break it up, her ex steps on her skirt, ripping it off and exposing her pink underwear to all party's guests!

Again, this is from another Spanish TV show. I think most of you haven't seen this scene either, because the show is virtually non-existent outside Spain. Most well known EUF scenes are from American movies or sitcoms.
I hope some more users from other countries start to share EUF scenes from their countries' TV. I'm sure there are PLENTY of EUF scenes out there, it's just that they're pretty unknown.

Well, back on the topic; this is Spanish actress Olivia Molina in an scene of the show 'El Síndrome De Ulises'. She accompained her boyfriend -a doctor- to an anniversary from graduation party. They argue -he says that she's being unpolite, she says that his former classmates are arrogant pricks- and she tries to leave. But he accidentally grabs the back of her dress, ripping it off and leaving Olivia in her skimpy bra and panties before the whole promotion!

Not too much of a reaction here as she tries to save face by walking away like she doesn't give a shit -although she later cries over it.

Some of these remind me of the time we were at a very crowded public textile beach in Illinois. My wife had on a bikini top that was way to skimpy even for me. I was young and foolish then. Paz Vega in '7 Vidas'
 

This is another EUF scene from a Spanish sitcom named '7 Vidas' -which was heavily based on the famous American sitcom 'Friends'. There is a second scene related to it that is not really an EUF scene, but the woman ends up embarrassed too.
I saw this scene for the first time when this episode was aired on TV back in '99. Needless to say, I was speechless!

After getting rejected from her last job application, Paz Vega's character and her cousing are discussing the way she's dressed -he says that she looks like she attended to a funeral instead of a job interview. Soon, both start criticizing each other's wardrobe. The discussion gets more personal and Paz starts mocking her cousin's appearance... not realizing that her skirt has fallen off and she's standing in the crowded bar in her animal print panties! She believes that the crowd is laughing at his cousing until she realizes of what's really going on. VERY GOOD embarrassed reaction at the end.

The second scene happens later in the episode. Humiliated, Paz refuses to leave her apartment as she cannot bear the embarrassment. To make things worse, her cousing and his friend spend almost the whole episode teasing her about the skirt incident. But when her cousing tells her that he knows of a person that is willing to interview her at the bar for a job, Paz thinks that he's just trying to set her up for a prank. However, Paz solves to face her fears and attends to the bar. There, she challenges everybody to laugh at her -she takes her skirt off and paints her own face with lipstick! But people are too apalled to even laugh at her. She spots the only man laughing at her and Paz reacts by laughing at him too, mocking his appearance. She's then informed that the man is the job interviewer, so the whole show has been for nothing at all!

Hey, what episode is this EUF from?

Also can anyone find some with sort of pantsing from shows or movies? It's technically an EUF but it can be debatable.

I can't find the specific for the life of me. Most of the series is on YouTube.

That Paz Vega scene comes from the episode of 7 Vidas called "La muchacha de las bragas de oro". The episode was removed from Youtube because of copyright.

So there's this YouTube show called "Debate Your Fate" where a man and a woman debate a topic and have 60 seconds to make their case, and then I guess the viewers vote on who had a better argument. The loser then must spin a wheel for their punishment, though there are spaces that have good outcomes for the loser. In this edition, the woman loses and must strip to her bra and panties. Ana Obregón in 'Ana y los 7'
 

I remembered another EUF scene from Spanish TV and started to look for it. It's a show in which Ana plays a stripper that leads a double life working as a babysitter for the children of a wealthy man when she's not working at the striptease club.

There was some episode in which Ana argues with her employer and he accidentally rips her dress off, leaving her in her underwear. I don't remember which episode it was, but I found a page with the whole series available online and skipped through the first two episodes. And... I found another EUF scene!

After being fired from the babysitting job, Ana is in her room, packing her luggage while crying. As she's changing ehr clothes too, she's wearing only her boots and a pretty patterned teddy -a very underrated item of female underwear in terms of sexyness, if you ask me.

Her employer is convinced by his children to keep Ana in the house, so he knocks on her door to apologize and tell her that she's not fired. Dwelling in tears, she doesn't realize of her state of undressing... until right after he tells her that she may stay. Then she remembers that she's in her underwear before her boss and drags him out of the room!

María José Nieto in 'La Vendedora de Ropa Interior'
 

An EUF scene from 1982 movie 'La Vendedora de Ropa Interior' -which means, literally, 'The Lingerie Seller'. So yes, as you're guessing, plenty of hot lingerie-clad women in the whole movie.

María José Nieto plays the role of a young woman that wants to move out from her parents' house, so she takes a saleswoman job for a freelancer contractor. Her job consists basically in selling sexy underwear door to door... and she has to model the lingerie for the potential customers.

This is the first scene of the movie, in which her boyfriend takes her to the countryside to take some pics of her. Things get hotter and both end up making out there, thinking they're alone there. But then a group of nuns and girls from a catholic school pass by and spots them. María Jose is wearing only her lacy underwear! One of the nuns scorn them and María Jose tries to cover herself, blaming her boyfriend for such an humiliating moment.

Very nice skirt-ripping scene from 1989 B-Horror movie 'Raging Fury'.

A guy is dumped by his cheerleader girlfriend, who is now dating a popular jock that bullies him. A group of outcasts decide to stand up for him, as they see a potential ally on him. While one of them enrages the bully, another staples the cheerleader's skirt to the jock's sleeve. When the jock finally has enough he tries to punch one of the outcasts... ripping his new girlfriend's skirt off! She has to leave running through a crowded high school hall in her stockings, garterbelt and underwear!
