You should get Chrome sorted for passwords - some people aren't as patient as to open another browser!

the problem of signing in through Chrome -- is that something OCC can resolve or should we wait for Chrome to come up with a fix (assuming Chrome is working on it)?

I'm not sure it is a chrome problem - I have no trouble sighing on to other sites.

Its a vbulletin problem, I am having trouble signing into other vbulletin forums as well using chrome. On FF right now.

It's a problem that the developers of CHROME will need to fix. Hopefully soon.

At home by me Chrome i can not log in only by internet explorer:(

My main computer is running Chrome and it works fine. On my other one, I logged out and haven't been able to log back in except in IE. If you're using Chrome, don't log out!

Try Opera
 

I was a bit put out by this at first as I liked Chrome and I'd got fed up of Firefox.
I had Opera downloaded already so I started using it and found it quite good once you find your way around.

Use FF for everything except OCC. For OCC I use Opera like fergie. After learning my way around it opera works very well

I'm curious - why not FF for OCC?

It seems to be ok to close the application. I suspect it has something to do with how Chrome handles cookies. I've even shut down and restarted my machine with no problems. It's just when you actually log off that the problem arises.

We just did a software update that should fix the problem with the bug in CHROME that was preventing some people from being able to login with CHROME.

Can verify, logging in through chrome.

And have been able to log in in other vbulletin forums as well.

I have FF set so when I open a new tab it takes you to that tab so if you want to open several pic in a thread you can right click and "open in a new tab" then you have to go back to the thread to do the same for another pic. In Opera, I set it so it doesn't open the new tab when you right click it. So if there are three pics I want to look at I just right click, right click, and right click, I can then look at the pic by just clicking on the tab. Works fo me. just lazy I guess

Nope.
 

Just logged out and back in twice. Seemed to work just fine.
When you do log in, be sure too check the 'remember me' box. That way you'll always come back to the home page.
I don't log out, by the way. I just close the browser.

Somehow now worked for me too, thanks...

i noticed today that i am not able to login into site via chrome browser.
it is saying wrong password but i can login via firefox.

I'll echo that. It worked at 03:00 this morning GMT but not now at 10:30 GMT.

same here. worked on Saturday for me, but getting the same thing you guys are today. Obviously, something is up with Chrome again.

All I use is Firefox. So far no problems on here but on a few biker sites Firefox freezes up. I got where I hate Internet Explorer.

Definitely looks like another Chrome issue. Worked as of two days ago but not the past two days. Works fine in IE and Firefox

Problem with Chrome for the last three days:

Message: Wrong password, 4 attempts left,... wrong password, three attempts left;... wrong password, two attempts left.

I'm not sure if I've done something wrong or if my account was hacked but I cannot login today. Password does not work and I don't think I have an email address on file.

I paid $100 several years ago to keep this site going and become a lifetime member. This is important to me, please help. Regular username is quitemaybe.

There is currently an issue with the Chrome browser. Try loggig in with a different browser.

Frick...that scared the hell out of me. I had the problem with the Chrome browser about a month ago but it had gone away and was working for the past month.
