This is an actual Twitter photo added by brit singer Diana Vickers where, if u look carefully on the floor in the background there is a deep pink vibrator. This was noticed and commented on , leading to the photo being taken down and a cropped version added later :)

I love these, although the ones that are ringed by red circles spoil the fun a bit. The others are basically an adult version of Where's Waldo - or in this case Where's Dildo!

You know how adult colouring books have become a thing now? This idea of regressing to childhood play to relax. Well somebody should grab this idea and make a book for those who prefer search games to colouring. You could even bring out a celebrity version - Where's Dildo In Hollywood!!! Would make a great phone app. Although the one in the reflection (if you didn't have the chat to help) would definitely count as the advanced version.
