Posting a little video with two windy experiences.

Not far from a wax likeness of Marilyn Monroe promoting Madame Tussaud's museum in Hollywood, there is an air vent which yields a constant flow of cool air as tourists walk over it along Hollywood Blvd. For those wearing skirts, the famous Marilyn scene is recreated, to the surprise of those in the skirts and the delight of those watching . . . including me.

My wife thought I just wanted to take her picture and didn't understand why I wanted her to go out on a windy day although she quickly figured it out.

This clip is from a longer highlight reel of skirts getting blown on the Empire State Building. It is from the tape trading days...easily 30+ years ago!

Somehow it has never resurfaced on the internet. It is an amazing collection...dozens of girls flashing their dorky 80s panties and having a good laugh about it.

I think because of renovations over the years it doesn't get as windy up there anymore.

ha, that brings back memories... I saw that on another board many years ago; from the footage quality and outfits it looks like at least early 90s, 8mm/Hi-8 cam/tape (yeah definitely that; because a videocamera using regular VHS tapes would be very large and obvious, haha) era.
