Beach for vacation--help me choose!
 

Hi all,

My wife and I want to take a vacation in September to some place with a beach. She's quite attractive, and has no qualms about going topless and sometimes nude in a comfortable setting. We've been to some places where the only other people on the nude beach were rather rotund middle-aged Germans, and as the only woman on the beach under 50, she was a bit uncomfortable with all the staring.

So, please give me your recommendation for good topless and/or nude beaches where we'd have the best chance of being among a somewhat younger 20s-40s crowd. The benefits are two-fold: my wife would feel comfortable stripping down, and I'd get to enjoy seeing additional attractive ladies in various stages of undress :)

We're open to places anywhere in the world, except Greece (long story). And remember, we're going in September, so a place that has good weather that time of year.

Ibiza or Formentera.

Went to Formentera last June and was full of sexy italian and spanish girls. Topless and nude.

Lanzarote, ( Canaries), has several nude beaches and ALL the beaches are topless ... windy and not really hot sometimes.
Cayo Largo Cuba is great for having a comfortable environment,( just beach nudity but you can walk for miles in the nude if you start at Sol Cayo Largo and go to the right). Young people are not in the majority but it has the best comfortable 'mix' of nude and textile we have ever experienced .
Orient Beach in St. Martin is a good choice if you don't mind crowds .

When I was last there it had a lot of older people on the nude end. As you go down the beach toward Bikini Beach the crowd is much younger but more covered although topless is ok anywhere.

"Desire" in Cancun gets my vote.

Maspalomas in Gran Canaria is brilliant - beautiful sand, lovely dunes and great waves to play in. I would suggest staying in Melonoras - about a half mile walk along the beach to the nudist area, but probably the best half mile walk you could ever make. Plenty of beauties from all over, your wife will definitely feel comfortable, and the weather is great all year round.

Haulover Park offers a clothing optional area at it's northern end. It is sanctioned by the state and is visited by people of all shapes sizes ages countries and ethnicities. It is only about 15-20 mins north of the hotels in Miami Beach (where you can also go topless and the crowd is usually younger). There's a food concession, volleyball court, bathrooms, showers, parking for a small fee, security, lifeguards, chairs and umbrellas for rent, a beautiful beach and great ocean. The northern end of the beach tends to attract gay men. PDA's aren't tolerated but are not unheard of. It can get crowded on the weekends too though I imagine Sept would be less so. Of course the weather is usually awesome except during a hurricane.:eek:

i would sugest any beach in holland at summer time... but september.. no idea , some spanish beaches perhaps

Go to Menorca, the most beautiful island on earth, plenty of young nude spanish girls EVERYWHERE.

Have a look at Pedros thread, the beach is about 40 mins drive east of Malaga (Spain) and the weather is still around 30 degrees in September. The town of Nerja next door is normally pretty busty around that time of year.

Great nude beach there. Everyone is very friendly. Couples vary in age from 20s to 60s. I think it would be ok in September though we went in May.

I am interested in doing a good nude beach visit in Europe this summer in late July or mid/late August. I will be based out of Germany but I imagine the safest bets would be in Spain, Croatia or South of France based on weather. I am looking for a good balance of men/women (or more women - we can dream can't we? :)) and attractive under-40 crowd. I know the beach crowd can change from year to year so this thread may now be a little dated.

I don't mind driving, flying or taking the train to get there. I'd love to get some good photos/footage but that isn't a strict requirement. I'm not particularly looking for swingers or sex.

Any tips?

Yes this is my fav in the world. Nice national park, no high rises, concrete etc. A couple of nice on the beach restaurants. Crowd - young to mid aged, a lot of locals. Often a lot of first timers. Residents half nude, other half semi clothed on main beach. Nude beach 50m away fully nude. Main beach a nice normal type crowd of families and young people except 1/2 nude. Almost all girls topless. As it is Spain no one gives a dam what you wear. So just enjoy it and do not hassle any of the girls - just enjoy them.

Nerja 10 k's away is a nice fishing village that seems to have been forgotten by the big developers. A nice place to base yourself.

Guadalmar
Benalnatura
Cabopino
Cantarrijan (might have that spelled wrong)

Any more tips on southern Spain and the type of crowd those beaches may have this time of year?
