Is there a single thread for Aussie nude beaches? i don't think so. So I will start one, and add a few pics i found today from Cobblers beach. I'd love to see this thread fill up with pics. Sal are you listening???

geesus mate, i'm ashamed to say that apart from Cobblers beach and unless it's labeled i wouldn't recognize an Aussie nudist beach if i saw one...ohh, perhaps Maslin beach with the wide shots showing the cliffs

You and crispus appear to know more about my own backyard then i do :o

here's a couple from flickr and 2 that philcoast posted a while back, though i'm not sure if it was on a naked beach or not.
philcoast has posted a lot of Aussie content , hopefully he has some in his treasure chest.

I go to Sunnyside Beach in Melbourne during the summer (Not many good days in the last 2 summers) and it would be fairly difficult to get photos without being sprung and quite possibly dealt with. Most photos are likely to be taken by people in a group of each other.

Here is an old photo that I found online, the year appears to be 1988 but cant see the last digit clearly, the actual photo looks as though it could be older than that(Maslins Beach, the first official nudist beach in Australia is in South Aust). All three were hot looking women at the time and hopefully still are.

Yes it is Alexandria Bay near Noosa in Queensland. I used to go fishing off the rocks in the background when I lived up there.

Photo 5 is interesting as it was taken at Broadbeach as you can see the skyline of Surfers Paradise in the background. Interesting as the girl certainly appears to be nude but this is not an official nudist beach. There never used to be any official ones in Queensland but this may have changed. BTW photo 4 is watermarked.

Sal, I don't know that there is any difference between a "nude beach" and a "nudist beach". I mean if you can set me straight, by all means. But now that I think about it, is Bondi just like a regular beach where sometimes women go topless? In the US, you are either on a nudist beach or on a totally clothed beach. There is none of this topless-only in between stuff :) (Except S. Miami beach of course). Anyway, so any pic from Australia showing toplessness, full nudity, whatever is OK! Bare breasts are enough to qualify a pic as coming from a nude beach, 'cause thats the way it would be in the US!

Back in the 80's me a couple of mates were staying at Noosa and we knew about this nudist beach there and went for a walk looking for it in shall i say non-bathing attire(never thinking we'd actually find it).. we must have walked for over half an hour before we got there.. most were lying hidden amongst the tea tree bushes

Yes bordering on Mermaid beach, so yeah correct,.. i'd imagine it was a photoshoot or someone having a quick splash of fun? Yeah i don't know if many nudists beach are official..i think if they're away from prying eyes in secluded areas like Alexandria Bay authorities turn a blind eye unless there's numerous complaints

Yes Bondi beach is just a regular beach, if you took your bottoms off there, i think you'd be told to put them back on asap or get fined
So yeah from what i've noticed you can go topless at almost any regular beach here with no dramas.
I assume there would be the odd one, but i actually haven't come across any 'clothed only' beaches(i.e. tops on)

Others Aussies here feel free to correct me or add your 2 cents on our beaches.

ahh I see one of my photos got a look in, here she is in high res version and the otherside of her, plus a few extras thrown in for the hell of it, all these were taken around Sydney harbour and none were 'nude beaches'

I have many more that I should post up soon, may even start my own thread, but this year has been pretty lean due to work. the above photo's were all taken during the summer of 2010/11 and only have one set from 2011/12 so far, as seen below, will probably head out friday and try for some more but will not hold my breath

Heading up Broadbeach/Surfers way again this year with the rugrats and Missus in toe. Hopefully there are many sights to behold like the last post. Fingers crossed.

Yeah those two pics were On the nude beach at Byron bay... Alexandria bay is amazing and the amount of very attractive ladies is out of this world but getting pics is nearly impossible without getting caught, and the locals make a big deal out of it... The only pics that can be obtained are from the annual nude carnival day( which was cancelled this year due to weather) but the pics are taken by one of the event organisers and he only mails you the pics that you are in and makes you sign a document not to share the pics; it's quite full on... It is totally impossible on this day to take pics with hundreds of people on the beach, and the ones that Try and they get caught straight away get totally surrounded by angry locals... But if you ever get a chance to visit the Alexandria bay carnival it is totally full of sexy ladies of all ages; amazing .... Pics are posted in the Australian nudists magazines so if anyone wants to find some hot ladies just search those magazines: the magazines are all back cataloged and available online- some of the babes in these magazines is worth the effort

This is pretty cool. Back in 2001, we managed to visit three nude beaches in Sydney in one day. First, Obelisk, then Cobblers. Both of them are on the same Australian AFB, if I remember correctly. You can literally walk from Obelisk to Cobblers. You can also get there from a bus that leaves the bus station in downtown Sydney.

The third beach was Lady Jane. That was a tougher beach to get, too. I have video of us jogging through the streets, trying to figure out where it was. By the time we got there, the tide had come in, reducing the beach to about 9 feet of sand in front of a large sea wall.

I have photos from all three beaches, but would need to blur them, since we are in all the photos we took (I think).

I'm glad I started this thread. I've always known a lot of Aussies frequent this forum, and they have got to be among the friendliest folks out there in cyberspace. cheers, KLondike

If she is hesitant then only suggest to go on a hot busy day, Saturday or Sunday when there are plenty of other women there otherwise she will feel lots of eyes staring at her and get very turned off.

Have you seen the movie "Maslin Beach", Klondike? It was on Netflix streaming a few months ago. Tons of nudity.

a sunny day today so these are as fresh as they get, there is even one that includes 2 girls clothed but will give Sydney siders an idea of the location.

just realised I could be still out getting more shots, but too busy sitting at home looking at other peoples work and having a quite beer.

more from 2010/11, everything I upload is all my own original work, I had heaps more but due to a major PC malfunction I lost my HDD and all beach photos going as far back as 2001 from Melbourne's St Kilda beach to Port Douglass in far north Queensland. I still have the Hard Drives in the hope that oneday I can restore the info on them.

This was Obelisk Beach, in Sydney, NSW. Gorgeous, scenic beach with cool rock formations. Only about 6 or 7 people on the beach that day because it was Australian "Winter" (late June/early July). First time I've ever uploaded a thumbnail or photo, so I hope it works:

I was gonna say they must be on private property, but that's 2 diff girls at the same spot..

The unfortunate truth of nude beaches in Australia is that the golden age is over.

Back in the 80's the recognised beaches in Sydney used to be full of attractive women. Since then, scare tactics over skin cancer, thinning ozone layers and a fear of being labelled a pervert has greatly affected attendance. Most beaches are now 90% gay or single male, when it used to be about 60%.

The Sydney Harbour beaches of Cobblers, Obelisk (99% gay anyway) and Lady Jane have all lost most of their sand, so they almost disappear at high tide.

Most ocean beaches are so big that nude people are spaced quite thinly. It would be impossible to get close enough to get good photos in these circumstances.

Alexandra Bay in Noosa (Qld) and Maslins in SA are good beaches, but taking good photos would be very hard.

Thankfully, topless appears to still be quite common on our 'regular' beaches.

Our other problem in Sydney is that we've had two rainy summers in a row.

Wow 'KK .KK' they are superb beach shots! Looks like between us, we can keep the forum in 'original' nude beach shots, all year round! My seasons will start a few weeks time!:):):)

I have read that there are programs around that will retrieve the data from a "dead" hard drive. I don't know anymore than that but it would be worth making enquiries with some computer gurus, maybe a user group? Here is one more photo that I have found which is similar to a previous post.
