randomly found this awesome gif the other day, and thought, "there could be an entire thread of little animated ENF gifs."

This first one is a good mix of mind control and said ENF

By animated I thought you meant anime/cartoon. GIF already implies it can move. Nice one though. Do you know the source?

GIF files can animate or not. GIF files use 256 colors with a fixed palette, thereby allowing for animation to occur using a delta compression method. However, it does not imply that it can move. Many static image files were in GIF format prior to the popular rise of the 24bit jpg file.

yup, just meant that it moves, though not all gifs do so. Don't know the source, sadly!

I don't know why, but I find these moving GIFs very appealing. I guess maybe because it is a hydrid of a picture and a movie. I'm surprised that this was not a thread long ago. Good job all contributers!
