It all started wih sony first generation night shot camcords - the night shot works in daylight
Look at yours and check it It is a differnt view on things if you add a b&W infra red lense
(can't remember the number lense)and wow not good for sony.....If you dig around the pawn shops
sonner or later you'll find one sony pulled them fast olny a few thousand out there.I'll do some diggin and post some stuff

sorta, but the thing is the bright sunlight the newer sonys it will go out in the sunlight(they fixed it when they got sued and tried to erase the little mix up on the see thru thing)
but if you look you will notice things but not much,take it outside and see what the night shot does
if it works you better buy a hi IR filter for it it will give you better results than u see. like i said old game
dont know if the IR lense is still avalible but I'll give u a secrect the lense is a B&W 37ES-093 its a Hi Infrared
Lense and it was never ment to be combined with sony Infrared..dam seem like about ten years ago,Hell I thought
everybody forgot or just missed it.Keep your eyes open if someone has a very black lense on there sony camcorder
tell them to Quit lookin at your girl.......LOL

Apparently at airports in the UK, there's new security technology that basically uses x-rays to look straight thru clothing. The results are so clear that you can opt to hold a strip of metal over your privates when you get scanned. I'm not sure if this is good or bad news, but since that's a pretty blatant invasion of privacy the US is not going to utilize them, apparently...

To be honest, there are many different techniques. Each picture take's time to learn, practice, and master the best approach. (Some of us here have practiced for years with celebrity pic's. Vidpro was the first one to put 1+1 together about 7 months ago. From there, the rest of us jumped on the band wagon.)

1st off, Thin clothing meterial only. or Cloth's that "breathe". And the subject can not being wearing a bra. (Wrinkle's, Baggy cloth's, poor light's, low resolution, etc. Can also make the picture impossible.)

Usually I can find details by adjusting lightings. Midtone contrast can reveal contrasting details, lightened shadows will reveal "dark" hidden details, Darken highlights will reveal "light" hidden details.

Never use Auto-levels. Instead Manually due it yourself. When open, a B\W histogram is shown. Slide the Dark triangle until its under the start of the B\W histogram. Slide the white triangle until its under the end of the B\W histogram. Slide the gray triangle between the Dark\White triangle's. Until the maximum detail is revealed.

Sometimes Changing the picture to B\W will reveal detail. Also Unsharp mask set at 1-2 pixels, 0 threashold, and between 25%-100%. I also use Contrast masking plug-ins', and manual levels plug-in with manual Color curve control.

I use photoshop elements. The real good graphic artists use 400$ programs like photoshop CS2.

The photographer must have X-ray vision.

It's amazing how out of control these xray threads are becoming. Personally, I'm tired of the fake xrays, burning tools and impossible requests.

I purpose that these theads be closed.
