"Lunch Time Park Uppies - Spotted a cutie in the park - Set 1"
This is pretty clearly claiming credit for Aqua's work. Note that he does NOT say, "hey, I just wanted to re-post this great set from Aqua".
"Spotted a cutie in the park" is generally accepted to be a slightly shorter version of "I Spotted a cutie in the park". "I" means that he (the poster) spotted her, and the insinuation is that he then took the pictures. Otherwise how would the pictures exist? It's a little surprising he didn't write a story to go along with his fake photo shoot. In absolutely no version of English does "Spotted a cutie in the park" translate to "Aqua spotted a cutie in the park, and these are the great photos he took".
This type of behavior should be an InstaBan. Anything else simply signals that it is just fine to claim credit for the work of the handful of original shooters that still exist on this forum.
