I don't think some of thes are genuine Facebook pics as they're topless and fully nude.

I can assure you that they are. You can follow the picture names back into the albums and see for yourself.

Just to confirm, they are indeed photos from facebook. As a few of us use what people post and find similar photos from their friends albums and such just by using the jpeg filename.
