known of that last image for a while but forgot if there was any context so I decided to look into it. Turns out the girl with one hand down in the original image seems to be the ring leader as she's got a history of flashing, here are two other images she's in. Like the first image, these two aren't the best quality so I had to digitally enhance it. I've included both the original and enhanced version.
