As much as I love Sarah and this clip... and she is clearly naked and game in front of her real life friends km more sure than ever that her left breast is either crudely digitally or cosmetically altered. The shadows and lines are wrong.the reason might be different sized breasts or nipples but she was careful never to show them again. I think her right breast is real.

I think we need to apply Occam’s Razor here. She’s clearly naked, as are Armstrong and Miller, and as they all are in several of the vet sketches.

What’s more likely? A 13 year old video showing a few shadows on a breast that’s a slightly different size to the other, or that they digitally altered her left breast only on a fairly low budget sketch show when she was naked anyway?

I know... but it so much looks like a pastime.

The only explanation I can think of is some physical problem.
