That has been heavily, and I might add badly shopped. Bodies of water don't have waves like that. Nobody's tits hang like that. Zoom in and notice the shape for the waves in the water adjacent to her tits. What? The tits are making waves? Same with her ass, which itself is way out of proportion to the rest of her body.
