My own experience is that all or nearly all civilian women do not want to be photographed nude and especially with their face visible but might do so only to satisfy their male partner/friends. (Porn stars are a different matter and usually don't have an issue posing nude with or without their face visible.)

Bear in mind that civilian women usually are students and/or in civilian careers. In some/many of my pics I "cut" off the heads of the nude woman in the pic.
