Nearly naked woman crashes into boyfriend’s truck in Glades

Article on Millennials going braless, not exactly nude. No nudity in the article, either.
This seems to be contrary to my experience. I keep seeing young women with not only bras, but several layers over their breasts in all kinds of weather. Just spent a week in Las Vegas and out of several thousand women I've seen walking around, only about 8-10 were obviously braless.
