Scene from a film: A group of well dressed politicians and their dates go underneath a bridge near a river, it looks like New York. They meet a group of homeless men and strip one of the girls naked. They push her out in front everyone and tell her to dance. She is at first embarrassed and tries covering up, but soon gets into it. After awhile, the homeless men start getting grabby and chase away the politicians and gang **** the naked dancing chick. Weird scene, dubbed in English but appears to be American actors. Anyone know what it is from? Won't include the **** pics, not forum appropriate.

Black girl on 2nd pic to end is definite Laura Gemser! She is heroine of countless Emmanuelle movies( E in America, Black E, E this, E that...). She had at least 40 nude roles in +70es and '80es and most of them are filmed in Itally and dubbed in several languages...
