If a person can be recognized then you have to have a release, but that is very broad. What isn't broad is that the photographer automatically has copyright on the image unless he signs it away. All I was saying is that "photo/scan by" doesn't work if the image is not yours and you don't have a release by the photographer. But hey, if everything is all your's then you've nothing to worry about. I said in the original post I didn't read everything. If I wanted to read, I'd pick up a book, I come here to look at pretty girls. Sorry for bringing it up.

"If a person can be recognized then you have to have a release"

Please cite statues/case law, etc., to support this statement or please clarify what you mean as this broad statement is not true.

Thanks for all the wonderful pics!
Would you or anyone else have any from a rally called the Emerald Coast Bike Fest 2009.
It's held in Holt, Florida. The wet-t contest in 2009 was awesome!
Thanks again!

After I left 'HD Spokes' about 3:00 in the morning on May 17th, 2002, I stopped by the 'Ocean Drive(North Myrtle Beach) Grill and Beach Club', across the street from 'The Pad' for a bite to eat. There were a few flashers still there.

The first girl was in the wet T-shirt event later that night which I'll be posting here. I also shot some pictures of the last girl on my FatBoy that I'll be posting in the 'Girls on Bikes' thread at some point that has some good shots in it. I also have some full nudes of her that I shot the next day. I don't know what thread I'll post those in.

Sorry I haven't posted anything in a few weeks, I've been battling another kidney stone. I can't remember whether this was my 11th or 12th. Since 2000 the longest I've ever went was 18 months between stones, usually once a year. If anyone has ever had stones, they'll understand. They usually give me a saline solution and a demerol shot to help force the stone to move and Meperidine(Demerol in tablet form) for long term slow moving stones. But most have been in the 4mm size range and pass within a week. But this one was 6mm. They don't recommend trying to pass anything over 5mm. But I didn't want them sticking anything up my pecker to try and grab it and didn't want the added cost(20%) for the surgical treatment so I decided to try and pass it. So they gave me a prescription for Dilaudid, some heavy stuff, and sent me home. It took awhile but I finally passed it.

I usually post only 25-35% of a set but I'm going to post a few more, maybe 75%, of this set. These were taken on Saturday, June 26th, of the Smoke-Out V. The first girl, the blonde, I've posted some of her earlier. But I like her so much that I decided to give you another. Enjoy.

At a biker rally, what sort of percentage of the ladies will get their tits out?

Zeuren, there's no easy answer to that. It's like asking what percentage of women in New Orleans flash? It depends on the photographer, the event, and even the venue within the event. For instance, at the Chillicothe Rodeo, in some areas you might not see any tits but there is one particular area that you're expected to flash if you venture into that area. It's really difficult to answer, different rallies = different percentages. The same thing with photographers. A girl that will flash for you might not flash for me, or vice versa. The best thing about biker chics is they are an unpretentious lot, what you see is generally what you get, and they speak their mind. Most wear very little make-up and dress their mood of the day. That's usually a clue as to whether they'll flash. But you never know. I've seen girls wearing buttless chaps and a braless halter top. I've asked them to flash and they've told me to 'f#ck off'. Conversely(I usually carry 2 cameras, one long lens, one short), I've had girls approach me and ask if I wanted a picture of their tits. I've even had girls come up to me and tell me they'd like to suck my c*ck. Sorry I can't give you a specific answer but there's not one.

Let me add a few things to what Charlie said.

First, you need to differentiate between an all-ages rally and and adults only event. And one with a reputation for wildness vs. one that's adults only just because they serve beer. Obviously, much more likely to see skin at an adults only event with a reputation. And then also more likely to see skin and more skin (tits vs. pussy) at an event on private property like Hogrock than one on public property leased for the event. The latter being more likely to be subject to local nudity laws and policed by deputies. And then there's the alcohol factor, related to time of day. Combined, they mean more skin at night after more alcohol has been consumed. There's also the incentive factor. Asking nicely vs. good beads or other swag. Also note that most rallies are 3:1 or 4:1 men to women, which limits the total number of candidates.

At an event like Hogrock, private property, reputation for wildness, lots of get naked contests, lots of beads and free shots for tits, private stripper poles, etc., I'd say that no more than 10% of women there will show their tits. Less than 5% of women or fewer will show their pussies.

That means that photographing a rally to get the most shots of the most different women is hard work. I'm normally on my feet and walking for 3-4 hours in the afternoon and then from 7 or 8 pm straight through until 2 or 3 am. You have to go to where they are and it's hard work. Lots of guys will sit by their campsite or just hang around a mechanical bull but they'll get only a fraction of what those of us who walk around will see and shoot.

If you're looking for rallies, google is your friend for "adult biker party" and usabikerparties will get you Fat Bob's free reviews of a bunch of events.

Thanks, RG. I agree with most of everything RG said. In a nutshell it's all about the atmosphere. For instance, at Sturgis, one of the most recognized rallies in the US, it all depends on where you are in Sturgis. If you stay at one of the nearby Motels and only venture to mainstreet, you'll see gobs of bikes but little skin. But if you stay at one of the campgrounds like Buffalo Chip you'll probably think there's more tits than bikes.

And of course YOU are a factor in the atmosphere. If you're wearing loafers, shorts, a t-shirt with a smiley face, and an above the collar haircut, you're less likely to have girls flash for you than if you were wearing boots, jeans, a t-shirt that says something like "If You Don't Walk With a Limp You Ain't Shit", and long hair. Girls are more likely to flash for you if you're part of the event as opposed to simply being an ogler. Biker girls are different than other girls(IMO). Generally speaking, women run the world, whether we as men want to admit it or not. We adore them, we buy them gifts and flowers. Other than sports, our world revolves around our women. It's a bit different in the biker world. In the biker life the man is more dominant. The woman's life revolves around her man and his bike.

I've been riding for what is approaching 50 years now. Even though I'm not as hardcore as some, I THINK that's a big factor in my success in being able to get a lot of pictures over the years. I hang around with the crowd. I talk bikes with the bikers and party with them. That's one area where I maybe differ in RG's approach. RG probably gets a lot of good pictures after dark but I shoot a lot less pictures at night. I'm too busy getting f*cked up with the rest of them.

But I agree with the 'incentive' aspect that RG mentioned. Girls love beads. I think there's some exhibitionist in everyone. But the beads give them a reason. I usually have one of five different girls ride with me to an event. They usually wear or carry the beads. Additionally, the girl that's with me flashes for other men and usually that man's girl flashes for me. Believe it or not, flashing is contagious, LOL. So it doesn't hurt to have a girlfriend along that helps make the party. That way you don't come across as a vulture.

I've said before, I've got tens of thousands of pics that I've taken, maybe even hundreds of thousands. On this one computer I'm now using I've got (2)250 gig hard drives and (1)terabyte hard drive with a total of 102 gigs of free space, in addition to an older full computer, LOL. Of course, a lot of that is just bikes and cars(I've also got a hot rod, a 1966 Comet Cyclone with a stroked 408 C.I., 637 H.P., so I go to car shows, too). It's a shame I live out here where I can't get a high speed connection. In addition to this thread, I've got to get back to posting in the 'Can She Ride It', 'Bike Wash', 'Girls on the Back of Bikes', and 'Beach, Bikinis, Girls' threads. I also intend to start a thread at some point called 'Charlie's Girls Ain't Angels' featuring some of my past and present girlfriends. And I also want to post in a 'Girls on Bikes' thread.

I've been to Daytona, Myrtle Beach, Lacona, Sturgis, Little Sturgis, Gulfport, Roscoe's, etc. But of all them, I prefer the Smoke-Out. It's smaller than most and maybe not as rowdy. But you'll always see more old school, home built choppers there than at any of the other events. Maybe I'm getting old.

I'm sure there will be some of you with good pic viewers that will be turning up the gamma trying to find some secret features. But the honey is hidden and she's smooth as a baby's butt, a good tease nonetheless.

Hey, Hogeye, I remember reading in a thread somewhere that you have a lot of biker pics. I'd like to see what you've got if you want to share them. And if you know of a group or site for bike pics, let me know. I've got some GREAT old school chopper pics that I'm sure people would love to see. About your 'Stay up' comment, LOL, reminds me of a conversation at the Smoke-Out a few years back. A group of us were standing around checking out a friend and his bike that he'd just laid down a few minutes earlier. He was a bit scratched up and bloody and his bike was a bit damaged. We asked if he was okay. He responded, "It's not as bad as it usually is." A bystander says, "So you've laid one down before?" We all sort of chuckled. The bystander said, "I've been riding almost 20 years and I've never laid one down." I think he thought we'd be impressed by his riding abilities. Instead, one of my friends spoke up, "Well, you don't ride then." It's a fact, if you ride, sooner or later you're going to lay it down.
