I always chuckle at the guys that post every single pic that they recorded with their camera - lookalikes etc...it just seems like a lot of work. So it's a huge set but not all naked and frequently you'll find up to 5-6 pics that look essentially identical.

Also, posting pics rather than links here will help make my dream come true - for this to be the biggest fremont thread ever. (I don't think we are going to get there....). I tried to upload a couple but I'm on my tablet and for some reason
Occ would not upload them.

Pretty surprised nobody commented on this repeat rider. I am on my phone so I can post the pics from last years ride. However, you can find her pretty easy. She rode with another girl with matching paint. She wore aviator sunglasses and her hair was a bit shorter. Super cute

Looks like the girl in the blue skirt in the first picture made a last minute costume change.

Oddity in Coverage
 

First, I'd like to thank everyone for their efforts and contributing to this post. As usual, everyone has done a phenomenal job covering this event and I look forward to seeing more. With that being said, there is one curiosity that has been in the back of my mind for years now regarding this and other similar events. I'd like to get a few opinions if possible from the users here and the professional members who have covered this parade and other similar events. I've often wondered why there doesn't seem to be any high quality video that focuses primarily on the female riders in much the same way the photographs do on this forum? There seems to be an enormous and dream-like opportunity for capturing great moments during both the ride and in miscellaneous or pre-ride or post ride settings. I've noticed that there are indeed an overwhelming number of people with high quality video camera equipment in attendance and are capable of capturing high quality video. It just seems odd that none of the footage ever occasionally surfaces on this board or to the internet in general at least to my knowledge.

The are tons of videos on the mainstream video sharing websites such as YouTube, but they are mostly strategically edited or posted in a way that doesn't show any tangible or prolonged female nudity in public situations. In my opinion ,most of the videos that make it to the internet and do contain nudity are often shot from a seemingly female or seemingly gay male perspective focusing heavily on the male riders and male nudity. Can someone explain to me the subculture and psychology of covering this or similar events and mindset regarding not posting video footage if you've noticed a similar pattern? It has become very frustrating to continuously comb through video after video only to discover the obvious nudity omissions and not so clever transitional video edits. Am I missing something here guys or is there another outlet for uncensored video material or event coverage that I am simply unaware of regarding this? There must be thousands of quality videos out there somewhere and the people filming are either refusing to share the footage for whatever reasons or have decided to keep the best stuff for themselves. At any rate, it all seems very hypocritical especially when this is an EXTREMElY PUBLIC event (a parade) with an "after party" in a public park. There are over one hundred thousand people in attendance and countless pictures available online which makes the lack of quality videos all the more baffling.

Party of it may be that until very recently, good still cameras and good video recording didn't usually come in the same package. When I go to Fantasy Fest, i use my HX9 pocket camera to take awesome 1080p 60fps video of Dante's pool party, but while that camera is fantastic for video, it is absolute rubbish as an actual camera. So everywhere else I use a nicer camera (that has rubbish video capability) and just take pics.

Also, video usually has to be converted and edited to share, and have large file sizes that need to be uploaded somewhere. Uploading pics is a breeze. Video takes more commitment.

Valid points you make..maybe something for vrod or the other naked mile videograhper here who's username escapes me at the moment.

Youtube wouldn't be the place for such vids. Too much time and production value required. Generally, the type of vid you seek for fremont exists for only a very small handful of events that guarantee LOTS of fully naked young women, and those shooting would tend to be looking to make some money. No one wants to spend a great deal of time on a vid and not make a penny.

But that's just my opinion. Fremont is not in the same league as NAP, spring break, memorial day t&a, wet-t, etc where commercial interest is high. Vids sell and the girls are there to show so they don't mind. Until a few years ago, fremont was still pretty unknown. When Fingers from coccos discovered it, I figured it might go big-time and some paysite videographers might venture over to seattle. But to my knowledge, that has not happened. Also, consider that when folks tried to do SEXY vids at burning man, the burning man organizers got very upset. So, try this at fremont? You're taking a risk.

But that doesn't mean you can't have low budget attempts to capture the sexy stuff. I don't know that the youtube vids have a male or gay focus or purposely edit out the women though. I mean, do you see that? Truthfully, I don't watch vids much, but I assume It's mostly just unedited footage. All the naked run and bike stuff is like that. I take it for what it is - real footage that shows you exactly what you would see if you where there yourself. It can suck, or it can be awesome.
